Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness incl PGI, CGI, Nainital pattern as in roof covering complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges etc. fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm, all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Same as item No 2.00, above but plain steel sheet as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape, cut to designed shape (Jhhallar) etc all as specified.

Dismantling timber scantling un framed work in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position, complete all as spd.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, Pillars, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates; ladders; staging; railings etc, complete all as spd.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric (Weight per square metre Exc 4 kg) supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members, complete all as spd.

Dismantling of water tanks exc 500 ltrs capacity but not exc 1000 ltr capicity and removal at site

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 in slabs supported on walls, beams, deck slabs and in shelves (as at kitchen, WHB, Sink etc) and the like, incl necessary formwork, complete all as spd.

Material and labour for Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs of drain, manholes, gully traps etc set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as required and binding with anealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, terrazzo toping/ dado, including cement mortar bedding/backing and removing rubbish off the premises of MoD land, including preparation of dismantled surface area to receive backing coat/bedding layer for tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Non skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450X300X7mm) thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match and 10mm thick rendering on wall in CM 1:4 complete.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid beded and pointed in any mortar

M&L machine cut Granite slab 18-20 mm thick as in steps, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement morter 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl cutting, waste, full rounded off corner/edges, rubbing and mirror polshing to achieve the desired granite finish etc complete all as spd.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work 18-20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L for Roughening surface of old concrete by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed or beding layer of morter 20mm thick in cement morter 1:6 for laying floor finishes to receiving the kota stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm black/white marble stone, laid over cement screed bed 20 mm thick as like design line strips (approx width 4'') between kota stones, over shelves, floors etc and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM(1:6) incl cutting, waste, rubbing and mirror polshing etc complete all as spd complete all as specified.

Material and labour, coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 200X200X25mm or 300x300x25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry as in path, pavement ,floors, etc. @ 3Kg/Sqm over & including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc. 1.50sqm & not exc 4.00 sqm each and removing from site incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type C2 using 20mm graded agg as in surface channel/drains, incl necessary formwork etc all as spd.

Extra for foriming fair finished drain as channel of cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped end etc.

Dismantling walls or ceiling boards (fibre,plup insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

S&F False ceiling at all heights of 600 mmx600 mm x12 mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles of type classic lite RH-99 fine texture of 'Amstrong' laid on exposed grid system . The frame work comprises of main runner spaced at 1200mm maximum (centre to centre) . Hangers (GI wire of 4.0mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug , level ajdusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200 mm long croos tess ( with double stiching ) to be interlocked between main runner at 600mm shall be 'T' shape section with single rotary stiching made of GS sheet and of size 15mm x32mm and 3000 mm long , crossed runner shall be 'T' shaped with double rotary stiching made of GS sheet and size 15mm x32x 1200mm long and perimter wall and angle shall be made from GS sheet and of size 19mm xand 3000mm long, colour , white center to form 1200mmx 600mm modules, cut cross tess longer than 600mm to be supported independently, 600mm x 600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tess centrally between the 1200mm cross tess. Perimeter trim to be wall angle secured to walls at 450mm maximimum (centre to centre), PVC clips to hold the ceiling tile, complete all as specified.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining including of 5 mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet single side prelaminated inclusive of solvent cement, PVC angle at edges and fixing at site on PVC frame, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair, Stainless Steel (SS) 304 multipurpose tandem box drawer of size 850x500x200 mm and 0.60mm thickness having space for deep and shallow storage for bottom cabinets including blum tandem runners fixing clips, tandem runners cover cap, front fixing fascia bracket and mountig plate and all necessary fitting and fixture and D-type cabinet handles premium quality gloss chrome/SN Finished 150mm long matt finished, front and back movement complete with and incl tray containers and utensils, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour piano hings, mild steel bright finish width of flap 30mm fixed in repair including taking out the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing magnetic catches 75 mm brass body for use in cup boards of kitchen, ward robes etc. fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Brass handles, Size of handle in 100 mm, cast type, polished bright complete all as spd.

Taking down carefully copper/AImn point wiring (Light,Fan/Point Socket or power) (fittings such as switches ceiling roeses, pendent, regulators, sockets etc to be measured & paid seprately) & making good to disturbed surface of walls/floors etc.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area), PVC insulated FRLSH cable in and incl PVC conduit (ISI marked) including cutting chiseling and grouting concealed PVC conduit pipe, tee, elbow and bend etc.and with all connecting accessories incl mild steel sunken boxes suitable for mounting switch/sockets with earth dolly duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl mounting frame over cover plate, covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, incl PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified.
