M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing of any dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood ,steel or RCC ) any section embedded in concrete/brick work/masonry etc ,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling MS work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position and any description including removing the same at location complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for brick work in CM 1:6 with old size sub class 'B' brick & straight or curved on plain exceeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on brick surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash at any height (n. exc 8 m) incl necessary scaffolding /Centring etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall including 20 mm thick CM 1:3 after taking one and removing rubbish complete all as specified & directed

S & F rolled MS framed work as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gusset plate, rail, brases etc ornamental gate and intricate design, including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting to be prepared for hanging and also fastening conforming to Fe 410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, chain link any type and any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing G I chain link fencing of weight not less than 3.15 kg / sqm mesh of size 75x75 mm and 3 mm dia of wire to any type fixing with flat iron and nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- flat iron will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and Fixing G I chain link fencing of weight not less than 4.10 kg / sqm mesh of size 50x50 mm and 3 mm dia of wire to any type fixing with flat iron and nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- flat iron will be measured and paid separately.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads and one end and screwed other end or screwed both ends, each screws shall be fixed with necessary washers exc. 5 cm but n. exc. 10 cm long and 16 to 20 mm diameter of neck complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS in flat ,round or square bars in available length confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered /riveted or forged into spikes ,framed guard bars ,barred iron doors ,railing etc framed and hung as gates , including pintle hinges ,stops, handmade sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles / terrazo/mozaic (floor, dado) including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removal serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L granite machine cut 20 mm thick black coloured bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement with admixture of pigment to match including fixing necessary fasteners with chemical adhesive for fastening at any height (n exc 11 m) including necessary scaffolding centring etc, cutting, polishing & rounding edges as on columns or pillars /columns over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubber Moulded Chequered Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x25mm thick, machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in net cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and Coloured pigments incl 15 mm thick screed bed with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand Cushion for filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path /flooring & hard standing finish even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (for manholes and drains) including necessary form work set in CM 1:4 with and including demolition complete all as specified and directed. M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 40.00 above but restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of primer on new concrete /kerb surfaces stone including prepartion of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pilaster etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke Soot, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc and apply one coat of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces by scrapping and applying one coat of Exterior Emulsion weather proof paint of approved colour over and complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pilaster etc by brooming down by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke Soot, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc and apply one coat of white wash including all necessary Synthetic adhesive lime binder as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for running welding in repairs, thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for repairing of existing / iron gate of Size exceeding 2 sqm area but not exceeding 6 Sqm by raising the RL of existing gate of around 100 mm to 150 mm above ground level and refixing the same gate as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Rates of all cutting, welding, dismantling of existing gates ,holdfast, pintels and necessary steel handle, locking arrangement and refixing are to be included in this item)

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel /AC sheeting or an6y other type of sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws in single length complete all as specified and directed.
