REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF HT CABLE NETWORK, DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS, VCBs, OVERHEAD HT STRUCTURES AND EARTHING AT PXE TECH AND RESIDENTIAL AREA AT PXE CHANDIPUR

NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Material and Labors for shifting of transformer from one area to another area of PXE and placing in position including installation testing and commissoning as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the transformer indoor out door from HT / LT side at site dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and replacement of gaskets/oil seal of HT/LT side to arrest the leakage of transformer oil complete reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/ LT supply cable ends at the site for the following transformers complete all as directed:-

Transformer capacity 125 KVA to 250 KVA

Transformer capacity 300KVA to 400 KVA

Transformer capacity 500KVA to 630 KVA

M&L for Filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of Transformers / OCBs / Oil switches at different location of PXE Chandipur with filtration cum dehydration machine to achieve desired level of di electric strength of transformer oil including testing complete as specified and all as directed by engineer in charge. Note- The quoted rate shall deem to incl for the cost of centrifuging the transformer oil by means of electrical operated centrifuging machine . (ii) The contrator shall test the di electric strength of oil of each transformer before dehydration & filtration and after completion of dehydration and filtration process he shall submit record of the same. Each sample of oil shall be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE/ Engr- in- Charge. The contractor will have to arrange correctly calibrated Transformer Oil Test machine. for this purpose. (iii) Old unserviceable oil obtained if any shall be deposited in the MES store complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge .

Supply only insulation oil in Transformer Oil tank having Di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm electrode gap for 60 sec confirming to IS-335 and ISI marked all as spsecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: POWER/GULF

All as per Sl Item No. 9 but suitable for transformer of capacity 400 KVA to 630 kva

Supply and fix Temperature gauge suitable for transformer of capacity above 100 KVA and upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and taking out unserviceable distribution Transformer of capacity above 100 KVA 11/0.415 KV from sub station for the following phase of works specified and directed :-

Dismantling the Transformer of above 100 KVA, 11/0.415 KVA capacity and transporting the Transformer from Sub station to workshop and draining out oil and storing aside lifting of core and winding assembly, further dismantling and segregation of HT/LT serviceable and unserviceable winding, taking out old worn out insulator, separators set for strip, inspection and further necessary repair and carrying out cleaning of complete transformer, removing of all worn out gasket/Jointing materials, oil seals. Segregation of all serviceable spares/ accessories/ components for reuse and replacement of unserviceable spares/accessories/ components with new materials and reassembling and transporting the transformer to sub stn after carrying out repair including dehydration and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Materials for HT/LT winding of Transformer super enameled copper wire/strip of appropriate cross section and turn as per existing all as directed.

Materials for re-insulation by wrapping with new insulation paper after taking down old burnt insulation including assembly and connection for 200/250 KVA, 11/0.433 KV Transformer all as specified and directed.

Carrying out replacement of all Gasket using rubber cork sheet of 6.0 mm thick including providing gasket cement adhesive all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of Supply and fixing of nuts, bolts, washers fevicol sleeves cotton tapes etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Necessary test of Transformer shall be carried out by factory as per is in presence of MES representative and Test report shall be submitted to the department. (iii) All item above are having tentative quantity and specification and may change as per ground requirment.

M&L for taking proper shut down, disconnecting incoming / out going cable, control cable from 11 KV OCB/VCB of any type and capacity upto 630 amps and carrying out complete servicing / overhauling, resetting of all electrical and mechanical parts for easy and proper operation, greasing of moving / revolving / sliding parts in VCB Panel, calibration of relays, meters incl thorough cleaning with air blower / vacuum cleaner, decarbonising & providing mineral jelly to all arcing contacts of the VCB panel, and serviceability check from local / remote control panel including replacement of unserviceable minor spare parts viz. nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc complete including reassembling complete parts reconnecting incoming / outgoing cable, testing on load and all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Unserviceable items other than minor parts to be replaced will be meaured and paid seperately as supply only under revelent items in the schedule. However, cost of certain minor spares viz nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc. if required shall deem to be included in the cost of repair of the item. 2. The spare parts to be replaced shall be of reputed brand / make and shall be of same type, design, specifications etc to match with the existing. 3. Complete servicing and calibration work shall be carried out by qualified and reputed service engineer only.

Supply and erection of ACSR conductor of any size for HT over head line and jumpers on PCC/RCC/Steel pole including binding wires line connecting up etc of any size including taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for MS cross arm, bracing supports , clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections holding nut,bolts and washers including necessary welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including taking down old unserviceable MS cross arm complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for servicing of four/two pole structure including checking/ tightening/making free for operating of AB Switches, insulators, lightning arresters, changing of nut/bolts if required including painting of RYB paint/tape at strip including preparation of old painted surfaces ,removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from HT tubular pole of 11 Mtr long, painting of pole with one coat of black paint upto 1 Mtr from bottom and painting the rest of the pole including cross arms cable protection pipe clamps, bracket with one coat of aluminium paints complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for painting outer surfaces of transformers of all capacity above 100KVA, any type / make / model, pole or plinth mounted, installed at various sub stations with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, after cleaning all surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for painting outer surfaces of VCB/OCBs of all capacity by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints (Smoke grey) after scraping and removing old paint and writing SM/MES No., Incoming and outgoing details complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading Hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces using broken stones etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Horn Gap type Fuse unit, 11000 volts grade, mounted on polymer insulators and steel frame, single pole, fixed on DP structures including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pin type insulator ,polymer, including one galvanised mild steel spindle ,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut for 11000 volts grade including taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Disc type polymer insulators, creepage distance 120 mm, T&C and B&S end fitting type suitable for high tension over head conductors working pressure 11000 volts grade including taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed .

Service charges for carrying out complete servicing of AB Switch by lubrication of the mechanism & greasing with petroleum jelly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installing Polymer Switch Air Break gang operated triple pole ,mechanically operated mounted on polymer insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete with 9 number polymer insulators of rating upto 200 Amp 11000 volts including necessary length of down pipe made up of galvanized iron medium grade 20mm bore with operation handle and locking arrangements including taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed .
