M&L brick work with Fly ash straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in repairs for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies Type B0 (1:2:4), 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings set in CM(1:4) etc all as sepcified and directed

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on brick wall/cement block wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, etc. all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for pavement , path, floor, drain etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type etc complete.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section,Posts embedded in including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Concrete, brick work, masonry,etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as provided for Roof trusses, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete.

M & L for Mild steel round/TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete.

Ditto, but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long & dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over newely untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described etc complete.

Supply only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh size and any type of standard rails staining bolt etc including provision of binding wire etc complete.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved make, 80 mm thickness, M-40 Gde to IS 15658-2006 glossy finish with gray cement and pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape as approved, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 40cm x 40cm x 40 to 25 to 30mm thick (Glosy finished) with grey cement and pigment, including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut & polished complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Reinforced concrete pipes 450 mm bore class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, runnin g rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar for inserting holdfast exc half brick but n.exc. one brick and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 as required.

M&L for preparation of surfaces with white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint of following make on walls complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab/rubbing, polishing etc, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

All as per item no - 35 but as in skirting over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete/ PCC tile surfaces by brooming with coir/wire brushes and cleaning and washing the floor surface with water to remove the fine dust and finally applying two coats of Lacquer polish (1001) chemical with pigment as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based profile pattern steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in\ roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.
