Fixing of GI pipes in rows between wooden posts with binding wire/ropes incld.white washing to pipes and General watch and ward till the function is over in carriages of pipes from store to site and back to store after celebration

Providing errecting of (Crewal type) Rented basis Shamiyana (Single Use) of superior quality for 24 hours in the VIP stage with crewal shade incld. General watch and ward and removal of same after celebration all leads and lifts carriages complete

P/F of white sun shade in frout of VIP stage of required size and shade complete

Providing errecting of water proof shamiyana (Single use) with bamboo/pine posts and ropes and other tools what so ever upto required hight incld. With Kanath and furnished with drajget/ sheets ofr 24 hours to be errected prior to the commencement of celebration on the designated site incld. General watch and wards and removal of same complete as directed by Engineer incjharge on rental basis

Providing and fixing of Kanth for back side pavelion of superior quality (Single use) on rental bais upto required height and errecting the same with bamboo post/ropes incld. General watch and ward and carriages both sides

Providing ofPVC chairs (single use) on rental basis to be supplied prior to 24 hours parade on the designated site incld. Carriages both sides

Supply and spreeding of sand by mannual labours (as directed) incld. Carriages complete (If required site )

Supply of wooden (saw dust) at site incld. Carriages complete

Enagement of mannual labours for clearance of snow (if rquired at site) carrying of various items/clearance of stage/Pavilion etc with Enagement of hand cart complete

Engagement of TATA Mobile for carying of different items viz Sofa sets. Chairs, furnishing stage etc from DDC office, complex/ Dak Bunglow/ Divisional store upto satdium incld. Loading unloading by mannual laboiurs and returned back the same after function is over

Supply of following items in the stadium

Rope of required dia

Dry powder paint (ready made) of approved make like (Bawa) of required colours/shades as directed

Writing in English letters of required subject matters , Logos, Symbols, Borders etc. of required colours and shades incld. Engagement of Labours all complete job

Providing of wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc sawn and fixed in position complete (Budloo wood)

Finsihing of walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade of required colour (Old work one ot more coats applied @2.20 Kg/10 sqm.

Removing paint by scrapping and sand papers and preparing surface smooth incld. Necessary repairs to scratches etc comnplete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colours to give an even shade one or more coats on old wood/steel work (incld. Primming coat whenever required)
