M&L for Up rooting of vegetation growth, shurbs, small plants and small trees of any size /girth from walls, roof chajja gutter, up to four storey at any location and position of bldg, completely including roots and making goog the disturbed surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and making good holes with cement mortar (1:3) with WPC @ 3.0kg by weight of cement, each holes n exc 0.10 Sqm. Note : Rate including WPC

Demolition of Lime concrete / Mud phuska / PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for renewal including removal of demolished material beyond the Md land to a distance exceeding 500mtr not exceeding 1.5KM completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding concrete (levelling course) on roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for liquid water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description such as worn-out tar felt, debris, mortar of any description & any thickness, surface cleaning of all foreign material such as shrubs/roots, fungus, moss, dust including plaster, APP membrane etc. including disposal of debris out of MoD land, in following procedure : (a) Prepare the surface by cleaning with concrete surface grinder/ wire brush and a high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust, oil and loose particles. Damaged portions, hollow area must be repaired with epoxy mortar and repair cracks of old concrete by cutting 'V' groove, corners and joints of drain pipes, channels etc. treated with epoxy mortar prepared with epoxy primer (as per manufacturer's instructions).

(b) Laying 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces, finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof Complete (c) Applying three coats of PU Hybrid waterproofing coating including priming agent in first coat as per manufacturer’s instructions having elongation at break of free film of approx. 350% - 400% tensile strength at 14 days of 2.9MPa and surface reflectance index of 100-110. (e)The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge / Consultant. (Note: - minimum 6hrs interval between two coats shall be maintained) (f) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Note: - (i) Work to be carried out by authorized applicator and as per manufacturer’s instructions. (ii) Providing test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours if there is any leakage than entire treatment will be done again by contractor without any cost. (iii) The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with epoxy cement mortar using suitable bonding agent before laying cement plaster.

Taking down eaves, gutters and rain water pipes including all fittings any size and pattern.
