Operation, Repair and Maintenance of Sub Station, Transformers, HT Panels and DG Sets under MMC II for the year 2026 27 at NSG Camp Manesar (SH Work on Contract Basis)

Providing testing of existing 630 kVA transformers for Insulation resistance [HV to Body; LV to Body & HV to LV to be checked by suitable insulation resistance tester) Magnetic Balance, Winding resistance as per relevant IS standards etc complete with standard reports as required [All necessary tools, machinery spares, consumables to be provided by the contractor]

Servicing and testing LT Capacitor bank panel upto 400 kVAR including maintenance such as panel throughout checked/cleaned,all loose connection are to be checked and tightened, testing of each capacitor bank individually for efficient operation, setting of auto-control relay switch etc replacement of minor faulty accessories like nut bolts, springs, washers, connectors, sleeves/jackets, tags, and any other faulty major parts to be replaced (spare supplied by the deptt.) as per instruction of the site‐in‐charge.

Servicing and maintenance of 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz Vaccum circuit breaker capacity upto 800 Amp from the H.T. Panel, disassembling the same, complete cleaning of the components, decarbonizing the arcing chambers, replacing the minor spare parts like springs, nut bolts and washers etc, setting right the mechanism, lubricating the moving parts, checking and testing the continuity and insulation of the wiring, tightening the connections, measuring the insulation resistances with H.T. insulation tester of various points, measuring the contact resistances of moving and fixed contacts with micro ohmmeter, and rectification of faults and replacement of defective parts (If any), reassemling the breaker, testing and commissioning i/c dismantling & disconnection etc as per site requirement. (Any major spares, if required, shall be supplied on pro-rata bais .)

Servicing and maintenance 11kV VCB UNIT panel maintenanane such as loose connection (power & control) checking and tightening, CT & PT connection checking and tightening, busbar connection checking and tightening, spout IR value checked/replaced if required , indication lamps are to be checked/replaced (Testing of the complete system of HT panel for checking the actual working of the CTs, their wiring, connected IDMT relay, tripping coil of breaker, tripping supply & for any loose connection by primary injection method in all three phases & at each plug setting with suitable testing equipment and rectification of faults and replacement of defective parts (If any), through out cheking/cleaning of the panel if any hole is there then it will be closed. Also IR value of PT, CT & Busbar checked by suitable insulation resistance tester and to be recorded in the register. (Any major spares, if required, will be supplied by the department)

Checking and Testing of auxilliary relay in the HT Panel, cleaning the same with CTC solution, carrying out the secondary injection test to check the working of Bucholtz Relay, temperature alarm, high temperature trip, low oil level alarm, low oil level trip, incluing dismantling & disconnection, reinstalling etc., as per site requirement.

Testing and calibration of microprocessor based numerical relay with overload, earth fault and short circuit protection relay by secondary injection method, setting of mechanism, cleaning of contacts i/c repairing, removing, & re-fixing of relays and testing of the complete tripping system by the primary & secondary injection method in all the three phases and different plug setting with suitable equipment including checking the wiring and repairing /replacement of any defective wiring if any complete etc as reqd as per terms condition & inventory.

Preventive Maintenance and checking of 12KV SF6 based GIS Ring main unit (RMU) of ABB / C&S /Schnieder make comprising : thorough cleaning of dust particle, Tightness of bushings & busbars, Visual inspection, Checking of all hardware for it's tightness, replacing the minor spare parts like nut bolts and washers etc, all relay scanner checking & programming, padlocks, and rectification of faults and replacement of defective parts (If any), earthing etc., complete to set the RMU in operation as per OEM standards etc. (Any major spares, if required, will be supplied by the department.)

Providing and refilling SF6 gas in RMU (up to the OEM prescribed value) according to IEC/IS Standards relative pressure to ensure insulation and breaking functions, including repairing the steel gas tank and removing any leakage in the steel gas tank. The steel gas tank must be sealed for life and shall meet the "sealed pressure system" criteria in accordance with the IEC 298 standard, including testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Providing the services of service engineer for preliminary inspection and testing of the 11 kV/.433 kV transformer, 11 KV HT panel, VCB, SF6 Ring main unit, LT installation and fault detection etc. as required as per the instruction of the engineer-in-charge as and when required.
