Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick interior surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete exterior surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land.

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing ompleteincluding 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded aggregate oas in Mass concrete in sunkan treatment.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken surfaces of the slab in following sequences :-

(a) Slope correction by using M-20 (Nominal Mix) concrete minimum 25mm thickness at one end and a slope of 1:20 by using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing Chemical PIDI PROOF-LW mixed in proporation 200ml /50 Kg cement of DR Fixit of Pidilite Industries Ltd or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd in proporation 200ml / 50 Kg cement or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete.

(b) PCC padding with cement concrete 1:1.5: 3 type A 0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick with integral water proofing compound "Dr Fixit" manufactured by M/S Bouchemic or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete.

(c) Vertical sides plastered in CM 1:3, 15mm thick with WPC and 72 hours testing for water tightness by ponding of water complete.

(d) Application of two coats proof coats black manufactured by M/S Dr fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions all over and testing again for water tightness by ponding of water for 72 hours complete.

Disconnecting existing tanks (exc 250 but n. exc 500 ltrs capacity), setting aside (or lowering if required) for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks. The complete tank be scrub to remove dirt, sediments, fungus & stains . The vacuumed tank is disinfected with anti-bacterial spray or liquid bleach. Tank is filled with water that is made to run through the taps to disinfect the water pipes , etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in the same position incl writing the date of cleaning should be write by erasing the previous date of cleaning with paint and further writing the current date of cleaning. Note :- (i) cleaning shall be the responsibility of the contractor upto the completion period of contract.
