REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF DG SETS OF VARIOUS RATING, SOLAR BATTERY LIGHT AND ALLIED WORKS AT CHAKABAMA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE(I) ZAKHAMA

Material and Labour for ‘B’ check servicing all as per manufacturer instructions, including cost of following ‘B’ check spares and minor spares required for carrying out the check like nut, bolts, washers, gaskets, screws, hose clamps, including draining out old engine oil and filling in new engine oil, filling in/top up coolant in radiators of water cooled engine, taking out air filter element cleaning the same with compressed air for the removing the dust or replace unserviceable element with new element, cleaning of waste oil or coolant from engine and near by spare parts of engine of make Kirloskar/Cummins and Alternator of capacity 125 KVA, installed at Pump house No 2 & 3 at Chakabama Military Station, complete testing after repair for its smooth functioning :- (a) Lubricating oil filter Kirlosakar - 02 Nos (b) Fuel filter Kirloskar - 02 Nos (c) Minor spares and waste cotton for cleaning - 01 Kit Note : 1. Quoted rated deems to be included fuel filter kits and lubricating oil filter kits and minor spares required for check. 2. Engine oil, Coolant for radiator, distilled water, new air filter element and spares parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only Automatic voltage regulator suitable for DG set Engine of make Kirloskar/ Cummins and capacity 125 KVA.

Supply only lubricant oil cooler suitable for DG set Engine of make Kirloskar/ Cummins and capacity 125 KVA.

Supply only Engine Safety unit suitable for DG set Engine of make Kirloskar/ Cummins and capacity 125 KVA.

Supply only Thermostate suitable for DG set Engine of make Kirloskar/ Cummins and capacity 125 KVA.

Supply only water pump suitable for DG set Engine of make Kirloskar/ Cummins and capacity 125 KVA.

Supply only engine oil Kirloskar Super engine oil grade 20W40 against 'B' check servicing and as per the capacity of engine model and as per manufacturers recommendation complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs, MCCB with Thermal - magnetic release of 200 Amps , 4 Pole, 415V, 36 kA, 50 Hz Ics=100%Icu with adjustable over load setting and adjustable short circuit setting including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, MCCB with Thermal - magnetic release of 160 Amps , 4 Pole, 415V, 36 kA, 50 Hz Ics=100%Icu with adjustable over load setting and adjustable short circuit setting including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying cables, foundation for pole, etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to requirred thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down shall be measured for payment purpose.

M & L in repair for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 10sqmm 2.0 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repair for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 16sqmm 2.0 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, LED street light of capacity 45 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lens embedded PC cover including electronic driver should have luminaries efficacy ≥110 lumens/watt, CRI>70 ,PF > 0.95,CCT≥5500,IP66,impact resistance IK 07 ,inbuilt protection against lightning , over voltage , short circuit, complete all as specified and as directed.
