Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface completed all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes even to receive floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters,buttresses columns, pillars boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc .Fe 410-gde -E250 quality-A complete all as specified and directed

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI Based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, straight flashing etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Sl item No. 15.00 here-in-above but except brick (NOTE: Seviceable brick obtained from demolition under Sl item No 97.00 here-in-below shall be reused under the item)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement as per manufacture instruction and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Using Dimapur Sand) [Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral WaterProofing Compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set jointed with grey cement and pigments and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick sreed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set jointed with grey cement and pigments and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces in CM (1:4) for receiving vertical dado tiling complete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C-2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M& L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching of surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitered /stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, angle Iron etc. with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; wal ways riailing etc of water tank s and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde - E- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sucnk) forming holes with any attachement Fe 410W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting including washing and cleaning etc and applying two coats of combat pattern synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelled course finish even and fair for tile finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) for EPU floor coating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick EPU floor coating system comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top:- (a) Preparation by cleaning surface from dust, dirt, muck, moisture & foreign material and cleaned by means of using mechanical scrubber/grinder, chemical treatment for oil if required. (b) Application of primer which shall be a two component solvent- free epoxy polyamido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 1:1 or as per manufacturer’s instruction to yield thickness of 200 microns. Make: “NITOPRIME-25” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA (c) Applying the screed layer with High strength self-smoothing epoxy underlay of minimum thickness of 3mm (2800 microns). The self levelling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy amine cured system and graded aggregates (special silica). The self epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in 2:1 ratio. The aggregates shall be added over the copper tape in the ratio of 1:3 or 1:3:5 or as per manufacturer’s instruction. Make: “NITOFLOR EU5” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA. (d)Applying epoxy resin based floor topping shall be supplied in pre-weighed packs and ready to mix and use, which will consists of resin, hardener, EPI(Colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates to be mixed with resin & hardener in the pre-weighed ratio add EIP colour (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2mm(2000 microns). Make: “NITOFLOR SL 2000” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA

Material and labour for 100/150mm wide polyurethane protective coating(Paint) which is a two component, pigmented, aliphatic polyurethane coating possessing good resistance to long term exposure of UV rays and chemical attack complete all as specified and as directed. Make: “NITOCOTE UR512” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA
