Supply, Laying, Testing & Commissioning of 1.1 KV ( E) XLPE grade 3.5 core 185 Sqmm multi stranded aluminium conductor (E) XLPE armoured cable at a depth 1000 mm below ground level in ground Note for item 1 & 2 : excavation and refilling of earth after cables are laid,providing protection with sand and bricks at sides and top and cable route markers at 'every 15mtr. interval and also at the turnings (Excavation ) will be measured and paid separatly

Supply, Laying, Testing & Commisioning of 12 core Single mode OFC armoured Cable in exisiting cable trench, already laid HDPE pipe or on cable tray with all installation materials including termination with necessary Pigtel,Adapttor etc as directed.

Supply, Laying, Testing & Commisionign of 24 core multi mode OFC armoured Cable in cable trench, already laid HDPE Pipe or on cable tray with all installation materials. including termination with necessary Pigtel,Adapttor as directed.

Labour for takingout Existing cable from treches/ pipe of depth 1.2 mtr in soil inculiding getting out excavated soil removing following types of cable keeping safe for relaying refilling the trench in layers by watering and ramming in layers disposal of excavated material as directed within 50 mtr if any. Note : Excavation/ Earthwork will measured paid sepratly ( If required )

a) Relaying Connecting & Testing, commissioning 3 c x 95 Sqmm 11 KV ( E) armored cable in new cable trench/ with all installation materials below 1.2m below ground level

Relaying Connecting Testing & commissiong of existing 6 Sqmm 5000 V Runway Lighting Cables intrech/already HDPE- pipe

a) Relaying Connecting of OFC cable of 12 core multi mode OFC armoured Cable in built up cable trench/ already laid HDPE / or on cable tray with all installation materials including termination with necessary Pigtel,Adapttor etc.,

b) Relaying Connecting OFC Cable of 24 core multi mode OFC armoured Cable in built up cable trench/ already laid HDPE / or on cable tray with all installation materials.

Supply & Laying of HDPE of following sizes in existing Trench / On Existing Cable Tray with fixing accessories including Couplers etc.

Supply and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit, complete with all accessories including Ferrules suitable for 3C x 95 Sqmm (E) Cable as required . ( Make : Rachyem EPKT Model )

Supply , connecting Testing & Commissioning of 5 KV grade plug and acceptable of type 1 class 'B' connector suitable for held attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated , PVCshealtled single core copper conductor of 659 mm cable of as required and confirming to enclosed particular specification

a) Supply & Making Jointing with Jointing kit suitable for 12 Pair OFC armoured Cable.

b) Supply & making with Joint kit Testing , suitable for 24 core OFC armoured cable.

Supply and Jointing Testing and commissioning of 5KV straight through cable jointing kit for single core 6 Sqmm cable

Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Mild steel bracket made out of 50 x50 x 5 mm MS angles ladder type including all fixing accessories /supports , Painting with 2 coats of Redoxide Primer & 2 Coats of Synthetic enamel paint complete as required.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.65m hard soil/ soft disintegrated rock & 1 meter in hard rock including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m

Providing spiral coil earthing with 8 SWG GI wire including excavation as required of salt and charcoal complete as per IS 3043 / 1987 latest amendment

GI Pipe Earth Station : Supply installation, Testing and commissioning of Earthing with GI earth plate 600mm x 600 x6 mm thick at 2500mm depth including 20 mm dia'c'class GI pipe providing meshed funnel, CI cover of size 450x450mm and other civil works, spreading a homogrneous mixture of salt, charcoal around the pipe etc including earth work excavation in all types of soil backfilling etc complete.
