Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 Coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for completion of work and curing complete,including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laidover and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar1 : 4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite (gang saw cut), mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. (Slab area upto 0.50 Sq.M.)

Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and or required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material ,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

One Coat Priming &One Coat Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and required shade on undecoratedwallsurfacetogiveanevensurfaceincluding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete

Wall painting (one coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorative wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean all of dirt, grease loose pieces and prepare smooth.( for two coat )
