Dismantling the damaged rusted circular cabin of the lighthouse carefully, such as rusted MS sheet, flat, angle with screws, nuts and bolts, dismantling the wooden strips/patti, the broken glass from the frames of the circular cabin including shifting, lifting, carrying the materials to the ground level, from top of the lighthouse to the ground level of height more than 15mtrs including erection and dismantling of scaffolding, transportation, etc complete.

Repairing the circular cabin of the lighthouse, by replacing the damaged rusted members with the new ones, by providing 6mm thick MS sheet by making it circular at the workshop and providing wooden strips/patti of size: 1.00x0.10m of 15mm thick with necessary grooves for locking and fitting circular-wise in the circular cabin behind the MS sheet, installing, fitting the MS sheet, fixing the wooden strips/patti with required grooves as per the original with copper screws of 1 ¼” size, replacing the damaged rusted MS flat of size: 50x20mm, 40x5mm, 40x12mm, etc of required lengths, providing and replacing the rusted damaged 3” dia pipe at the top of ceiling inside the cabin, providing transparent clear acrylic sheet of 10mm thick bended and fitting the same in a circular pattern with necessary rubber packing in the grooves, providing MS sheet for the wooden door frame, repairing, fixing, fitting including all fixtures as copper screws, MS bolts and nuts, fitting charges, installation charges, bending charges, fabrication and welding charges, transportation, etc complete.

Providing and applying enamel paint in two coats with a cost of primer including scraping, cleaning the surface, etc complete.

Dismantling the damaged RCC lintel of top and bottom of the railing of the lighthouse carefully including lifting, carrying materials, etc complete.

Dismantling the railing of the light house and stacking the same for re-use including lifting, carrying materials, etc complete.

Reinforcement for the RCC lintel of top and bottom of the railing of the lighthouse by using 8mm TMT bars with stirrups @ 15cm c/c including bending, binding and placing in position, lifting, carrying materials, etc complete.

Providing and laying CC 1:2:4 for the RCC lintel of top and bottom of the railing of the lighthouse including mixing, lifting, carrying materials, curing, etc complete.

Providing centering and shuttering and removal of form for the RCC lintel for top and bottom of the railing of the lighthouse, etc complete.

Providing and re-fixing the existing railing with the available rods including minor repairs, welding, lifting, carrying materials, etc complete.

Providing additional poles for giving support to the wooden members of the ceiling in the staircase for strengthening including cutting, welding, minor repairs, lifting, carrying, transportation, etc complete.

De-plastering the loose/dead plaster of the wall surface of height about 17mtrs of the lighthouse including raking carefully, disposal of the waste away from the monument, erection and dismantling of scaffolding, etc complete.

Re-plastering in lime mortar (1:1:1) in two coats of the wall surface of height about 17mtrs of the lighthouse including preparation of mortar, mixing, curing, etc complete.

Providing and applying enamel paint in two coats with a cost of primer including scraping, cleaning the surface, etc complete.
