Taking out carefully electric meters from meter box after disconnecting electrically and repair/replacement of burnt links, cable peices, drawing cables through PVC flexible conduit of suitable size and refixing the electric meter in same or other indicated location in meter box and sealing meters with high grade tranparent polycarbonate material and galvanized steel wire of suitable length and making electric connections using copper/brass thimbles complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate of PVC flexible conduit deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) PVC wire should be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

M&L for opening the cover of meter box any type, cleaning the electric meter single/three phase, sealing (up to 4 Nos seals as per site requirement) of meters with high grade transparent polycarbonate material and galvanized steel wire of suitable length complete including marking qtr No with paint on electric meter, closing the meter box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of meter box single piece moulded without any joint, light weight, weather proof, shockproof material, grey colour with transparent cover, cable entry from bottom and or sides, concealed metal hinges, maintenance free suitable to accommodated one three phase energy energy meter including dismentling of old existing meter & meter box, breaking of seal of meter and fixing new meter box to flush in wall and making good all disturbed surfaces in CM 1:4 to match with existing surface and fixing existing electric energy meter in the box with making all electrical connections with proper thimbles, flexible pipes, refixing seals complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement of AC three phase static energy meter of Accuracy class 1.0, 3x240 Volts, 50 Hz, with backlit LCD display, of rating 10-60 Amps (measures & displays KWH, V, I, KW ,PF, last month history of KWH & MD in KW) with special features like TOD, Temper logging, Optical communication port & display in absence of power complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using GI wire 4mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade15mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit alongwith angel iron 40x40x3mm frame and RCC pit cover in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaing surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 3 of SSR part I 1991 or directed and testing on completion.

Cleaning grass/mud all in and around the earth pits after taking out pit cover, pouring of salt solution (appx 15 ltr) to existing pit with salt and water ratio 1:5 after that put on the existing pit cover on pit and checking/making connection to the DBs with new/existing GI wire all as spfd. Note : GI wire shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for demolition of earth pit including cover, including construction of earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as shown in Electrical plate No-03 of SSR part-1 including angle iron 40x40x3mm frame of size 300x300mm with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 pit cover ( reinforeced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars ) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 4 mm dia GI wire fixed to wall on batten/ recess/ chases/ buried in ground/ drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required in repair complete all as specified & directed.

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 52,451.00 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
