RequiredThe tenders will be evaluated as per GO MS No.294, Dt : 18-07-2020 for the works costing above Rs.5.00 lakhs upto 50.00 lakhs in which the bid capacity of the contractor will be calculated as per formula 3 AN-B, the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of the particular work.

RequiredCopy of Annual turnover Certificate of last five financial years issued by CA.

RequiredPayments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.

RequiredAgencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.

RequiredFor all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakhs and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.

RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demolition to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue.

RequiredThe agency should upload ISO certified of registration in art, street art and wall murals.

RequiredThe participated bidder should have experience / satisfactory of previous work more than 40,000 sq feet.

RequiredThe participated bidder should have experience / satisfactory of previous work more than 45.0 feet height.

RequiredThe agency should be mastered / post graduate in Fine-arts or MOU with Artistic who have mastered / post graduate in Fine-artsand uploade educational certificates.

RequiredThe agency should upload similar nature of work (Experience Certificate) in any government sector or international work experience, otherwise tender will be rejected.
