Supply , delivery at site and storage of horizontal split casing centrifugal pump set with common base plate , flexible coupling , coupling guard, foundation bolt etc as per NIT specification .

a) Clear water GR-I pump capacity 587.47 M³/Hr Generated Head- 25 MWC

b) Clear water GR-II pump capacity 373.37 M³/Hr Generated Head- 30 MWC

c) Back Wash Pump GR-II pump capacity 90 M³/Hr Generated Head- 28 MWC

Supply, delivery at site and storage of horizontal foot mounted IE3 , 1500 rpm (Synchronous) Induction motor with space heater suitable for the following s as per NIT specification .

a) 75 KW, 1500 RPM (SYN) for Gr-I pump

b) 55 KW, 1500 RPM (SYN) for Gr-II pump

c) 15 KW, 1500 RPM (SYN) for back wash pump

Supply , delivery and storage of submersible centrifugal dewatering pump motor sets complete with control panel and level probes for auto start-stop sensing water level of the dewatering sump and having following duty conditions as per NIT Capacity 10 M³/hr. and Head- 10 MLC.

Supply , delivery at site and storage of the following as per details described below in compliance with NIT Specification

`a) CIDF Non-Rising spindle gate valve of PN-1.0 ratin as per IS : 14846 & Ste, amd Rim of SS 410.

b) Ms fabicated double flanged wafer type acuator operated/manual butterfly valve as per BS/IS standard of PN - 1.0 rating. Actuator shall be suitable operation in 3 phase power supply and having inbulit starter.

i) Nominal dia. 125 mnm wafer type actuator operated

ii) Nominal dia. 125 mm wafer type manual operated

iii) Nominal dia. 250 mm. Double flanged actuator operator operated .

iv) Nominal dia. 350 Double flanged actuator operated.

c) CIDF Swing Check Non-Return Valve as per IS: 5312(Part-I) of PN - 1.0 rating and Disc-CI Trips of SS 410

Supply, delivery and storeage of MS dismantling joint suitable for PN -1.0 rating for the following sizes for individula suction, delivery and common header of clear water and back wash pump setts.

i) Nominal dia : 125mm.

ii) Nominal dia. 150mm.

iii) Nominal dia. 250mm.

iv) Nominal dia. 300mm.

v) Nominal dia. 350mm.

vi) Nominal dia. 400mm.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of MS pipes, flanges, bends, Tees, fittings as per relevant IS standard stuitable for PN - 1.0 rating of individual suction, discharge and common dleivery header of all the pumps.

Supply, delivery at sie and storage of GI pipes, sockets, tees, unions etc as per IS : 1239 Part-II for 2 nos dewatering pump sets.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of boueden gauges with syphon tubes impulse pipes, three way cock etc

i) Pressure gauge 0- 6 KSCG

ii) Compound gauge (+1.0 to -1.0 KSCG)

Supply, delivery at site and storage of float operated mechanical level indicator to measure the water level of CWR.

Supply , delivery at site and storage of Electro Magnetic Flow Meter with separete transmitter, 30M inerconnecting cable for measuring flow of clear water. Flow sensing element shall have IP=-68 degree of protection and shall be operated with 230V and shall have flow rate and totalizer.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of single girder construction H.O.T. Crane 2.0MT capacityX11.5 mtr. Span X 7.5M lift incorporated with tripple spur gear chain pulley block with all accessories and all motions of the crane from floor by hand chain. The crane shall conform to Class -I duty as per IS : 80, Is : 3177 and IS : 3832

Supply, delivery at site and storage of gantry girder for the above mentoned crane for bay length of about 21.5M and to be supported on the cement concrete brackets having pitch distance of 4.5M (approx) with suitable square rail to be mounted on steel gantry girder. Total length of the girder shall be 21.5X2=43M

Supply, delivery and storage of sheet steel enclosed compartmentalized floor mounted dead front horizontal draw out type 12KV, 630A, VCB three panel distribution board complete with all accessories as per technical specification given in NI

Supply, delivdry and storage of OIL IMMERSED 11/0.433 KV ,indoor type copper wound 400 KVA , 3Ph 50 Hz with Vector Group of Dyn - 11 Transformer compete with all accessories and OLTC in compliance with the technical specifications mentioned in the NIT.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 2mm thick sheet steel enclosed, floor mounted 415V power distribution board with TPN 800A sleeved AI Busbar, compartmentalized non draw out construction, epoxy based painting by powder coating method having feeders as per NIT specificaiton.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 2mm thick sheet steel enclosed cubicle type floor mounted, epoxy based painting of powder coating method, SCADA compatible PDB - cum-MCC for clear water pump house in compliance with technical specfictions mentioned in the NIT .

Supply, deliuvery at site and storage of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel encloed IP-54LPBS for motorized valves conforming details specified NIT .

Supply, delivery at site and sotrage of 2mm thck CRCA sheet steel enclosed IP-54 LPBS for clear water and back wash pumps.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 108V, 65AH mainteance free type lead acid batteryt with battery charger and distribution board, all housed in one 2mm thick floor mounte sheet steel enclosed panel. Charger made of solid state sillicon controlled rectified must have automnatic float boost change over facility and other devices as per NIT specification.

Supply, delivery a sie and storage of 11KV (E) grade 3CX240sq.mm. XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor armoured cable conforming to IS : 7098 Part -II of approved make for power supply Agency Panel Board to incoming HT panel and from outoing HT panels to Transformers.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of indoor type end termination kit for 3C X 240 sq.mm. cable of approved make.

Supply delivery at site and storage of Ultrasonic type Radar level Transmitter for continuous level measuing unit with provision of 4 to 20mA analogue signal and indicator for contineous level monitoring as well as reqd. relay output for sensing high, high-high low , low-low level in suction sump as per technical specification of NIT.

c) 3.5 CX185 sq. mm. 1.1. KV grade XLPE Al. Ar. Feeder from 250A MCCB in substation PDB to treatement plant.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of earthing and lighting protection materials consisting of 2X 8mm X 65mm main earth grid about 20 nos. 50mm. Dia. X 3000 mm. long GI pipe for earth electrode 25mm. X 4 mm. GI flat for lighting protection & miscelleneous earthing and lighting arrestor materials.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of safety equipments like fire extinguishers, fire buckets, rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first -aid box asx per satisfaction of EIC and IE rules.

PART -B Installation, commissioning, Maintenance and other Works

Installation of iem no. 1 to 28 as mentioned in Part -A supply part for clear water pumping installtion and substation including supply of all erection materials, pipe support etc. as required for installation of pumping machinery, cable jointing kits, cable supports & clamps etc. including laying of HT & LT cables through permanent cable trench on GI Rack/tray, earthing & lighting protection as per IE rules, gaseous chlorination system and its associated equipments to the entire satisfaction of EIc in compliance with NIT Specification.

High pressure testing of the sub-station including relevant testing of 1.1KV cable, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of electricity, Govt. of West Bengal as per direction to the entire satisfaction of EIC and commissioning of the entire installtion i.e. indoor type sub-station( 2 X 11/0.433KV, 500 KVA), PDB panel etc as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Construction of RCC pit suitable size with manhole/removable cover for installation of common delivery header valve, electro-magnetic flow meter with DM joint including supply of materials, labour, shuttering excavation, back filling complete for clear water pumping system.

Providing G.I. Rack /Tray for laying of HT & LT cable inside the sub-station and pump house.

Providing removable chequered plate with MS curved angle over the opened portion of the cable trench at sub-station and LT panel room after installtion of the equipments in compliance with the specificaiton and as per direction of EIC and with a provision of lifting lug over the MS chequered plate.

Painting the installtgion by two coats of super enamel paintings (shade to be decided by the purchaser) over a coat of primer.

Comnmissoning of the entire installation i.e. indoor sub-station, high lift pumps, gaseous chlorination as per direction and upto satisfaction of E.I.C.

Operation of the entire installtion in both Sub-Station & pumping station on 24 hours basis including guarding and maintence for a period of 12 (twelve) months are to be provided with supply of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled personnel including watch & ward personnel from the date of commissioning in compliance with NIT specification. During maintenance period supply of all consumable materials, sundries & lubricants are to be supplied . Charges of electrical energy during maintenance period will be borne by the Department.
