PART A :-Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, within all lifts and lead upto 30m.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing Close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401 For Widening

C/o U-Drain (350x450 mm) and Extension of RCC Culvert (1.5 m & 3.0 m Span):- Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. (5fts.) and lead upto 30m. (100fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30m. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches. as per MO clause 301 Qty as per attached sheet

Plain cement concrete. 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed placed in foundation and compacted vibration i/c curing 14 days. SI No-280 Qty as per attached sheet for Drain

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks. for Drain

Supplying and laying one layer of tar felt or any other equivalent approved material at the junction of wall and roof of any place an roof as per direction of E/I including necessaryoverlap, giving a coat of approved mastic paint belowthe Tar felt and including supply of all materials , labour and tools and plants etc.Required for propercompletion of work fix as per standard.

Supply and fixing of 10cm internal Dia Ac Down pipes required for proper completion of work in weep holes.

Struck Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement :3 sand)

PART B :-Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic copound 2.50 mm thick in 100mm widh including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished Surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supplying and instalation of Delinators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object marker) 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15cm, wide strips, fitted with 80x100mm rectangular or 75mm dia circular reflectorised panel at the top buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and the drawing.

Providing & erecting direction and place identificationf Reflective signs as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade shetting wide clause 801.3 fix over alumuniunm sheeting 2mm thick fix to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade CC 45x45x60 cm below ground level as per approver drawing complete 90x90 cm

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gm per square meter area thickness of 5mm is exclusive surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting,2 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
