Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick / stone/ concrete wall / ceiling surfaces of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside the premises all as specified.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in two layers of 5mm thick CM 1:4 over 10mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick/ concrete surface of external surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of cement primer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots on walls and applying one coat of white wash including cleaning the floor/ joinery surfaces, glass panes all as specified.

All as per item No.8 here-in-before and one coat of white wash on ceiling

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, washing , rubbing and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wooden based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over 2mm thick wall care putty all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/Litre and UV resisance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint or required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre/10 Sqm over newly plasted surfaces of wall etc all as specified and directed

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer all as specified and directed

Removing plants, weeds etc on chajjas, roofs, walls at any position and at any situation of height upto and including 03 storeys/10m, RCC roof parapets and spraying weed controlling chemical using glyphosate or equivalent in dosages as per manufacturer instructions etc all as specified and directed.

Obliterating old writing of any description not exceeding 0.1 Sqm with paint to match existing works etc all as specified and directed

Material and labour for re-writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30cm height all as specified and directed
