Conducting structural Audit and stability test of old barge unloading Jetties (Jetty No. 4 and 5) at MOHP, MPA, Mormugao, Goa

Conducting structural Audit to assess the structural stability of the existing old two no’s of barge unloading Jetties(Finger Jetties) by visual inspection and by taking photographs of each Jetty to check for cracking, delamination, corrosion stains, palling, honeycomb, exposed reinforcement and its conditions, taking photographs, noting down all visible defects and record observations of distressed parts of the building, level of deterioration etc. and to carryout required NDT’s, like: a) Rebound hammer test-30 Nos b) Ultrasonic pulse velocity test-10 nos c)Half cell potential test -10 Nos d)carbonation test -10 Nos e) Core test -10 nos f) Determination of the safe operating load on the existing jetties. Any other tests to assess the status and for suggesting remedial measures for proper restoration of the jetties, Submission of detail structural Audit report, photographs, NDT results& item wise Estimate for structural repairs& restoration. All labour, materials, tools, tackles, scaffoldings, Underwater survey, Survey boat.. etc complete of the following Jetties of MPA of which details are as under: I)Barge unloading Jetties No 4&5 a)Year of construction -1978 b)Size 120x13mts.having berthing facilitiesfor barges on both faces having drft of (-) 6.5. and can handle barges with carrying capacity of 2000 mt. . c)The live load considered for design is about 3MT/M2

Providing Consultancy service of Technical institute like Goa Engineering college, NIT’s IIT’s as directed for assessment of number of NDT test required to be conducted and for getting technical Vetting of the structural Audit report.. etc including lab testing & arranging site visit if desired. All labour materials, tools, equipment .etc. complete.
