SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (B&R WK)

Erection of Steel tabular pole of 9 mtr length in brick ballast and ramming the foundation, finishing with 150mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) layer on top with including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 8.0 metre and upto 11.0 metre

Supply of 9 mtr steel tabular Pole for LT line with welded base plates size of 300x300mm (410 sp31-9mtr long)

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply of ACSR conductor of 7/2.11 mm to 7/3.00 mm diameter including binding. 175 Pole,7.00 3 Phase,1 Neutral, 1 Earthing wire & 2 x Security light.150.00 Total length of pole @ 30 Mtr,1050.00 Total length of ACSR conductor, 10500.00 Total weight of ACSR conductor

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/2.11 mm to 7/3.00 mm diameter including binding etc. as required.

Erection of LV/MV shackle/pin insulator etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and embedding following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required. 40 mm dia

Supplying and embedding following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required. 32 mm dia

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of 4 wire LT overhead line separator with all accessories.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, elcetric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core (Havels/Universal/KEI)

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, elcetric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core (Havels/Universal/KEI)

Supply and installation of copper wound transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:2026 (2020) of capacity 500 KVA (Crompton greaves Ltd / Universal / Siemens incl staging and fencing wk as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Stretching/tightening of LT over head conductor of 4 wire span.
