Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc, n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No-1 above but for each additional 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc, n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No-3 above but for each additional 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations or mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations or mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls any thickness below bottom of footing, foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls any thickness above top of footing complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter, rough finished flat surface of concrete, complete all as specified.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter for fair finished flat surface of concrete, complete all as specified.

TMT Steel 10mm dia and over, cut to lengths, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified.

TMT Steel 6mm dia to 8mm dia, cut to lengths, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified.

Rendering 10mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall or concrete surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whitening, complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm bore pipes double socketed, as in weep holes in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete, all as specified.

M&L for hand packing with broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of wall over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete, all as specified.

Forming 20mm thick expansion joints for 250 mm thick concrete slab with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'B' complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified.

Removing surplus excavated spoil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Forming embankments of solids including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified. Note:- Excavated soil obtained from BOQ Srl item Nos 1 to 4 shall be used and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds, complete all as specified. Note :- Wire crate shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F for 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position including closing after filling, complete, all as specified. Note :- Boulder shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Boulder pitching grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 using precast PCC bond stone in lieu of stone bond stones, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Precast PCC bond stone shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for precast PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bond stones set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course masonary in CM 1:4., complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the surface not exceeding 40mm dressing on lime or sand stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with broken stone aggregate of gauge 40 to 80mm around the weep holes in the back of fill (filter of size 300X300X300mm) complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm-graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping and benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwok and finishing the exposed surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating of formation surfaces in cutting with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for soling (or sub base) 150 mm spread thickness, with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers @75mm thick each layer with limestone, sandstone, flint or quartzite coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread , rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Preparation of WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc; sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-30 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface, complete all as specified.

M&L for laying bituminous premixed in semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
