Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based coloured corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based coloured plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof ridge, rain gutter etc. fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mineral fibre acoustical suspended ceiling system with 600x600x16mm classic lite (Bevelled Tegular) edge tiles with 15mm exposed grid. The tile laid on superfine 38 with 15mm wide 'T' section flanges colour white having rotary stiching on all section ie. the main runner 1200mm & 600mm cross tees with a web height of 38mm and load carrying of 12.5Kg/sqm and pull out strength of 100 Kgs. The T section have a Galvanising of 90 gm/sqm and need to be installed with suspension system . Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200x600 mm module. Cut cross tee longer than 600mm require independent support. 600x600 mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees. Permeter trim shall be of wall angles of size 3000x24x24mm, secured to walls at 450mm maximum centres. Anchor fasteners with verticle Hangers made out of galvanised steel of size 26x26x1.2mm with a galvanised thickness of 80 gms, pre-straightened hanger wire of dia 2.5mm and length of 1.8m, thickness of 80gms, and a tensile strength of 344-413 MPG alongwith adjestable hook clips or 0.8mm thich galvanised spring steel for 2.68mm with a minimum pull strength of 110 kg. The adjestable clip also consists of a 3.5mm Quiline wire to be used with main runner complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) to stone and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceilings, etc including racking out Joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (with out taking off the shutters from the frames) size exceeding 1.50 sqm and not exceeding 4.00 sqm each and all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the point wiring (light, Fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, sockets any type, ceiling roses, pandents, light fittings, etc.to be measured seperately) removing materials for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls floors etc. all as specified. (Note :- All serviceable LED Fitting to be kept under safe custody for reuse complete all as specified)

Taking down ceiling fan/wall mounted fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades from fan and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades from fan and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring of any size including GI/copper earth continuity conductor in PVC conduit on wall/roof and making good to disturbed surfaces all as directed.

Disconnecting carefully electric energy meter single phase and keeping aside , and re-fixing the same after necessary wiring work complete, all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting carefully old unserviceable distribution boards any sizes including MCBs complete and making good the disturbed surface of wall, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down split A/C of any Capacity and keeping it in safe custody and refix the same as in position at site and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
