"Comprehensive maintenance inclding preventive and periodical maintenane of Sand Filter Media (Flow rate capacity 35 Cum/Hr - 04 Nos) and Softner Plant (Flow rate capacity 50 Cum/ Hr - 04 Nos) with connected motors, UPVC pipe lines, butterfly valves etc., (Make - Optimus Envirpro Pvt Ltd, Resin -Thermax), installed at Amar Vihar pump house in reliable safe and efficient condition through MOU with OEM by periodically examining, preventive maintenance of plants, pipe lines, valves for trouble free function as per recommendation and attending breakdown/ complaint as and when on required basis, maintenance on regular basis complete with preventive maintenance including replacement of UPVC pipes (different sizes) short lengths upto 5 mtrs, fittings, flanges with nut and bolts, pressure gauges, replacement of required necessary fittings alongwith rectification of defects complete all as specified and directed. [Notes :- (i) The contractor shall carry out routine checking of the complete plants and rectify the any defects noticed immediately (ii) Copy of agreement concluded between contractor & OEM for execution of work thorugh OEM shall be submitted to GE with in 07 days from date of commencement. (iii) Treated water total hardness should be maintained less than 75 mg/l and submit he monthly water test report of Total Hardness (CaCO3) of treated water. (iv) The rates quoted against for this item shall be applicable for a period of 01 Month. (v) Rates quoted aginst the above mentioned work wise items are required of efficient working of plant are to be included in the job. (vi) If complaints were not rectified within 04 Hrs of intimation, the following penalities will be imposed and deducted from contractors dues :- (a) Rs 1500/- per complaint for not attending the complaint and keeping pendig 04 Hrs to 12 Hrs/ per complaint. (b) Rs 3000/per complaint for not attending the complaint and keeping 12 hrs to 24 hrs/per complaint].

M&L for Inspection, checking, cleaning and testing of fire alarm system window type complete including fire alarm panel, manual call box, hooter,wiring with PA eqpt etc. work portion of bldgs up to G+7 storey bldg through trained/experianced technician of OEM complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Fire Alarm control panel:- These shall be kept clean by checking for its controls, indicating equipment’s system and all operations/fault indicators including checking of panel circuits for its healthiness and including of healthy battery/UPS/battery charger system. (b) Manual Call Point and Hooter: All items which are installed at common area, stair case shall be tested by actuating the particular detectors every quarterly so as to ensure proper functioning of indicator. (c) Wiring and cables:Complete wiring shall be inspected jointly by contractor, MES rep. (d) Quarterly maintenance schedule submit by the contracor to the department for his approval before going to the quarterly check.(e) Deployed Technician/mechanic fully equiped with necessary tools and plants are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) Arrangement of testing equipment provided by the contractor deemed to be included in quoted rates. (g) Quarterly inspection test report will be submitted to deptt duly signed by user. (h) Mock drill will be conducted once in quarterly in presence of user after completion of cleaning and testing. (j) Adequate manpower shall be deployed at site to carried out for quarterly maintenance check as per CA provision.(k) All the work mentioned in notes above are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(l) During attending complaint and quarterly maintenance check any spares/items required for replacemnet will done by the technician of OEM (i.e manual call box,hooters, wiring with steel conduit pipe, battery) and spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items (m) The rates for making necessary arrangement of scaffaolding/ ladders is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(n) Any damage to fire alaram system during maintenance shall be repaired by the contractor at his own cost.

M&L for taking down fire alaram panel complete taking out service centre for repair/replacement of mother board,PCB,Zone card,repeat alaram system, transformer,relays,PA system,necessary internal wiring and misc works etc.,as per site rquirement and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down exisitng fire extinguisher for re filling of any type i.e. CO2/dry chemical ABC type/mechanical foam up to 9 litres/6 kgs with replacement of pressure indiccating gauge, 30 cm long high pressure discharge hose, suspension bracket, externally with red enamel paint and refixed to wall with brackets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs fire hsoe cabinet doors of size upto 2 mtrs x 0.70 mtrs necessary welding work for replacement of door hinges,door locking arrangements,replace and fixing of glazed glass 4mm thick (approx 1.4 sqm) with glass putty ,duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel postal red paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer with "FIRE HOSE BOX" written on front as suitable all as specified and directed.

M&L for testing and commissioning of electrically operated Jockey pump system frequently start/stop operations to operate in pressure falls below 6.5 Kg / Sq cm in hydran pipe and main pump to operate when pressure falls below 5.5 Kg / Sq cm . and other required accessories with electric mechanical connection to operate at pressure range including wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor of suitable size , multi core multistranded 1100 volt grade all as required at site and as directed.
