Construction of Dome Theatre at Govt. Senior Secondary School Sehunta, Distt. Chamba (HP).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including breaking into pieces, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material,, for nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix) including loading, unloading and transportation to any lead and lifts, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in cutting, including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to all lead and lift , as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, in all kinds of soil.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/ wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing watering /dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within any leads including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to all floor level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts :- (a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns

(b) Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

(c) Arches, domes, vaults up to 6 m span

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in arches, arch ribs, domes, vaults, shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
