Taking down carefully any type point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including conduits/casing- capping with fittings such as light fittings, sockets, switches ceiling roses, board outlets etc and removing the materials/ debris and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Point wiring complete with FRLS 1100 Volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including 25 mm medium grade ISI marked PVC casing caping with all accessories such as bends, elbow, reducers, junction boxes /MS boxes duly painted /PVC box factorymade ractangular in shape as required with top cover 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheets of required size, fixedwith screws, for housing switches, sockets, regulators etc, including 1.5 sgmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and as directed for the following:

(a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One switch socket combination 5 Amps on independent board.

(c) One switch socket outlet 5 Amps on same board with other switches.

M&L for point wiring in non-metallic PVC casing & caping including all fitting with 2.5 Sq mm size multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable including clamps, screws gutti /plug etc PVC unsheathed cable into and including Wooden board/sheet steel box of 1.6mm thick with bakelite sheet 3mm thick and PVC insulated fire retardant cable of size 2.5 Sq mm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB DB 8 way sheet metal enclosure SPN 240 volts, 50 Hz, with IP-42 protection, double door with 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link all enclosed in standard sheet flush mounting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB DB 4 way sheet metal enclosure SPN 240 volts, 50 Hz, with IP-42 protection, double door with 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link all enclosed in standard sheet flush mounting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Insulation tape of size 32/40mm of Red, Yellow, Blue and Back colour, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair service connection 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed inservice connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm including taking down, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Sub main wiring using two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts of sizes 6.0 Sqmm through existing/ new non metalic PVC casing capping including copper earth wire in green colour of size 6.0 Sqmm connection to DB with thimbling complete as specified and directed. (Note:- Two runs of sub main wire including earth wire and rigid non metallic PVC casing capping shall be measured as one unit per RM make of cable)

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode, 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-1. Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary earth pit PCC 1:3:6 chamber be 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe medium grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with Gl pipe light grade 15mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

S&F exhaust fan/brisk air fan of size 300 mm sweep, Steel body complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs 54,896.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
