Supply & Installation of 28mm Outer Dia copper pipes of 18 swg solid drawn copper pipes, conforming to BS 6017/1981 table 2 and manufactured as per BS 2871/1971 pan I, Table X with all necessary fittings, pipe support, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Installation of 22mm Outer Dia copper pipes of 18 swg solid drawn copper pipes, conforming to BS 6017/1981 table 2 and manufactured as per BS 2871/1971 pan I, Table X with all necessary fittings, pipe support, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make for item Nos.1 & 2: Max flow or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply & Installation, testing, commissioning of medical oxygen manifold comprising of 2 X 4 oxygen cylinders in the manifold with semi-automatic control panel having high pressure tee block to accommodate double regulators and high pressure tail pipes,suitable non-return valves,etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make for item No 3: IPS Kolkatta or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply & Installation including testing and commissioning of Medical vacuum pump systems, reciprocating type, (IR Model) comprising of 2 Vacuum pumps (one on-line and one for standby) with not less than 5 HP Motors capacity with bacterial filter at the discharge end including mounting base frame of complete pump sets.The operation of the vacuum pumps will be having auto cut off arrangement according to pre-set pressures for lower and upper limits,The systems will have the necessary controls like, pressure switches,vacuum receivers for vacuum pumps.The piston displacement of 60cfm and RPM 1440,the vacuum pump should be capable of delivering at a distance as per requirement on ground ie not less than 2000mtrs with 15mm/OD X19 SWG copper pipes and tapping/out lets more than 70 points. The quotated rates including necessary operational starter and switchgear and controlling of two nos pump motors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Installation including testing and commissioning of Medical Air compressor systems, reciprocating type, (IR Model) comprising of 2 Air compressors (one on-line and one for standby) with not less than 5 HP Motors capacity with Air drier of suitable capacity,pre and after filters suitable for medical gas systems including mounting base frame of complete pump sets.The operation of the compressor will be having auto cut off arrangement according to pre-set pressures for lower and upper limits,The systems will have the necessary controls like,pressure switches, Air coolers,pressure reducing starters, auto cut off systems, air storage/receiver tank of suitable capacity as per systems, Air release valves, safety valves etc all as desire for smooth functioning of the systems. The quotated rates including necessary operational starter and switchgear and controlling of two nos Air compressor pump motors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Installation of 15 mm Outer Dia copper pipes of 19 swg solid drawn copper pipes, conforming to BS 6017/1981 table 2 and manufactured as per BS 2871/1971 pan I, Table X with all necessary fittings, pipe support, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & installation of 10mm copper pipe of 20 swg for drop lines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make for item Nos.6 & 7: Max flow or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply and fixing Oxygen/Air alarm systems digital type,alarm system should indicate High/Low/Normal gas pressure ,baterry/electrically operated as per site condition complete with all accessories as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Isolation Ball Valves,22mm dia of brass made suitable for controlling of medical Gas, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix Isolation Ball Valves,15mm dia of brass made suitable for controlling of medical Gas, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make for item Nos for 8,9 & 10: IPS Kolkatta or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply & Fix DIN outlets Double Lock System, and front loading type (40 each of 02 +Air+Vacuum) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make for item No for 11: G.Flow or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply & Fix Back Pressure Compensated Flow-meter- twin walled tube and bobbin assembly with an inbuilt needle valve for efficient flow regulator, while administering oxygen to the patient-having unbreakable autoclavable polycarbonate tubes, with rotas' needle valve fitted with Teflon packing for micro-medical adjustment of the flow rate to any desired level, having flow control at the outlet.(Metal body) with Humidifier bottle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make for item No for 12: IPS Kolkatta or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply & Fix Probe for connecting air to ventilator, pipelines, oxygen to pipe lines, flow-meter to the pipeline etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix Ward Vacuum Unit with 600 ML capacity jar ON/OFF switch, Central Vacuum Gauge, Control Knob regulator, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make for item No for 14: IPS Kolkatta or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply and Laying LT UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC sheated bedded galvanised strip armoured electric cable heavy duty 1100 volts fire retardant low smoke grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 70 Sqmm in cable terenches, walls, structure etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of stays & Poles, laying of cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm using excavated soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed.

Supply, lay / spread in trenches, river sand including cleaning, spreading, leveling, punning for laying /cushioning of cable all as specified and as directed. Note: Punning thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply of common burnt clay building bricks, sub class B of size 230x115x75mm for cable protection.

Supply and lay steel tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fittings; of bore of tube 50mm laid in trenches for drawing cables under road/drain crossings or fixing in wall with proper clamping arrangement etc all as specified and directed

Supply and fix MCCB Distribution board,,415 Volts 6 way , TP&N , verticle , double door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200 Amps rated busbar with Bus bars, Neutral Links and Earth Bar fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole,100 Amps, 50 HZ, 415 Volts,with rupturing capacity 16 KA.

S&F MCB TPN pole 32 Amps, 415Volts,10 KA all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3mm thick, buried directly into ground vertically not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below the ground level, connected to a Galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm including GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade connected from electrode up to test point including necessary earth work, PCC/RCC chamber cover 50mm thick in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm TMT bars 15 cm c/c both ways, funnel arrangement etc as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR part I Note : Rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, RCC cover slab and PCC chamber etc.
