REPAIR/MAINT WINTER APPLIANCES UNDER GE (W) JRC

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power) complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors.

M&L for taking down unserviceable geyser of capacity 25 litre storage type, disconnecting necessary connection for repairing including re-fixing the same after repair & reconnection & testing as directed. Note :Thermostat switch, Geyser assembly, Geyser elements, bottom cover etc. if replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per item No 02 above but geyser of capacity 50 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending complaint for rectification of defects of Geyser and making the Geyser ready for re-use (all spare parts, wire, plug etc.) will be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in- after all as specified and as directed. NOTES:-(i) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of necessary T&P, ladder, Vehicle and desired numbers of well qualified persons with attendant having sufficient experience of work for electrical equipments fittings and fixture. (ii) The safety of persons/helpers engaged in execution of this item shall be solely responsibility of the contractor and necessary insurance of these persons should be done and copy of same should be submitted to GE. iii) All measurements shall be recorded indicating Complaint No., date, Location, Date of redressal with regard to Quantity. (iv) Contractor shall employ minimum 02 x Elect with Helper to attend complaints of married & OTM accn from 0900 hrs to 1730 hrs including sunday & holiday.

Supply and fix in replacement Geysers assembly of stainless steel along with PVC rubber washer suitable for Geyser of Capacity 25 litres any make as required including taking out the old unserviceable assembly from the geysers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Geysers assembly of stainless steel along with PVC rubber washer suitable for Geyser of Capacity 50 litres any make as required including taking out the old unserviceable assembly from the geysers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement heating element 2000 watts of suitable shape/size (cup type/traingle type/Threaded type) with PVC/ rubber washer & clamp including taking out the old unserviceable heating element from the geysers complete all as specified and directed. Make: Thermo king/Theeta/Daspass/ Lazer or equivalent to approved makes.

Supply and fix in replacement Geyser assembly along with heating element 2000W & Thermostat as required for Geyser of capacity 25 Ltr, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement; anchor fastner of size 75mm long 8mm dia complete with nut and washers for fixing geysers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement; thermostat switch suitable for storage type Geysers 25/50 ltr as required shape and size complete including taking out the old unserviceable switch from the geysers complete all as specified and as directed.
