Supply of 300 mm sweep heavy duty exhaust fan suitable for operation on 240V, 50Hz A.C. supply, 1400 rpm complete as required.

Supply of 36 Watt recess mounting type LED indoor light fitting (Natural White) suitable for mounting on 600 mm X 600 mm grid channel with with minimum output of 3600 lumens, suitable for 140-270 volt, 50 Hz, PF>0.95, luminaire should have Extruded aluminium / CRCA / Standard ally housing. Luminaire should have minimum IP protection should be IP 20. Total power consumption of fitting (including driver loss) should not more than 110 % of rated capacity of LED Light fitting, complete with all accessories as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ceiling Mounted Inverter Cassette Type 3.80 TR / 4.0 TR Three Phase Air Conditioning unit including indoor, outdoor unit fitted with rotary compressor, copper condensor and first charge refrigerant R410A / eco friendly green gas only, cordless remote control, auto air swing louvers, connection copper lead wire between outdoor and indoor unit, connection copper lead wire upto 1.5 Meter, including floor stand for Outdoor unit, condense water outlet and excluding connection of copper pipe of required size, insulation complete etc as required. Outdoor / Indoor units should be of same make (Brand).

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 1.5 Ton (5 Star) Inverter Split type wall mounted Air conditioning unit, Single phase, including indoor, outdoor unit fitteded with rotary compressor, copper condensor and first charge refrigerant R410A / eco friendly green gas only. The Condensing unit working range should be capable of providing cooling between + 5 Deg C to 50 Deg C including connection of copper pipe of required size upto 3 Meter, insulation, cordless remote control, auto air swing louvers, wall stand for outdoor unit, connection copper lead wire condense water outlet pipe 2 Meter complete etc as required. Outdoor / Indoor units should be of same make (Brand).

Supply and Connection of Copper refrigerant piping for Cassette type Airconditioning for complete with suction / liquid line, insulation with all accessories complete etc as required.

Supply & Fixing of suitable size of Electrical power cable for Cassette type Airconditioning between Indoor & Outdoor units complete etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of automatic programmable AC switching system for the Operation of 02 Nos. (01 No. Running + 01 No. Standby) split type Air conditioner Units to change over the system 04 Hours complete etc as required.

Supply of 3.5 core x 70 Sqmm. XLPE insulated PVC Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor Power Cable of 1.1 KV Grade confirming to IS:7098 (Part 1) with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supply of 2 core x 1.5 Sqmm. XLPE insulated PVC Sheathed Armoured Copper Conductor Cable of 1.1 KV Grade confirming to IS:7098 (Part 1) with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Installation of exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.
