Taking down old unserviceable passenger lift 544kg (08 passengers) capacity serving upto 27.00 metre height of building from ground with control panel ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) system along with all connected items viz., machine, lift car, rope, guides, counter weight etc., complete and shifting and handing over at storeyard of AGE E/M (West) Bengaluru, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of electrically operated passenger lift to carry 544kg (08 Passengers) with a speed of approximately 1.00metre/second to serve ground floor to second floor (total of G + 02 floors) with AC variable voltage and variable frequency (V3F) drive system on the micro processor controlled complete with power driven automatic sliding door suitable to the size of car having stainless steel panels in hairline finish No. 04, SS sliding door, PVC flooring in cabin, SS Hair line finish No. 04 ceiling, door operation automatic, entrance protection, 3D full height infra red curtain door detector system, indicators (landing / car) with seven segment type direction and position indicators with stainless steel face plates, press and speak three way intercom with speaker, fire man drive, SS Hand Rails in mirror finish, hall lantern (up / down) and gang indicator arrangement, pit ladder and balustrade, over load warning signal, battery operated alarm bell and emergency light, announcement system with music, firemen switch at main lobb, stop switch, auto cut-off car fan switch, door open and close button on the COP, Auto rescue device

Sl. No. 3.00 Contd... NOTE:- (Applicable for Sl. No. 2.00 & 3.00 here-in-before) (i) The contractor shall examine existing lifts, lifts well, machine room at site, before quoting the rates. Approximate size of Lift well, Pit depth and machine room are all as mentioned here-in-after. Car size shall be 1300mm x 1100mm. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of minor buiding works including making good to the disturbed surface to match with the existing and Scaffolding required in lift shaft / lift well (iii) In addition to above, all systems, controls and devices as per standards, codes, acts of lifts safety norms shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. The cost effect of testing and obtaining statuary certificate from lift inspector before commissioning by department shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iv) The lift installed shall be taken over by the department only after producing the clearance of authorized lift inspector by bidder. The bidder has to consider this element while quoting the rates and no extra claim if any shall be entertained at a later stage. (v) Contractor shall note that the defects liability period for lift shall be two years from the certified date of completion as certified by GE(I). During the said defects liability period, the lift shall be kept functioned serviceable all the time and all consummable items shall also be provided by the contractor for satisfactory running of the lift. (vi) Car and slide doors shall be made of SS 304 grade.
