Repair of damaged platform, plinth surface, drain, railing at Type-I (P), Type-II (P) and Type-II (T) blocks and development of approach path, vehicle parking shed near Type-I (P) blocks with other miscellaneous works at residential complex, RPS

EARTH WORK IN HILL CUTTING WORKS: Excavation in soil in hilly area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 50 metres.

EARTH WORK IN FOUNDATION TRENCHES: Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50m.

Providing and Laying Plum concrete in1:2:4 c.c. (1cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 clean hard graded stone chips of 20 mm down nominal gauge) with 70% clean hard stone of sizes not exceeding15 cm including shuttering, compacting and curing complete, as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications. Stone/Boulder.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth and side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, and watering, lead up to 50 and all left.

Providing box drain of 30 cm (ht) x 45 cm (width) internal dimension with 1:2:4 Plum concrete (20 mm & down) in side walls thickness of 23 cm (hill side) and 30 cm (road side) and 1:3:6 (20 mm & down) base concrete of thickness of 15cm with standard specification over1 5 cm stone soling including providing & laying guard stones complete, as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including compacting curing etc all complete. 1:2:4 mix. (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm & down size).

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1Cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing and laying parapet of standard size on 1:2:4 (1cement, 2coarses and, 4 clean hard graded stone chips of 20 mm down nominal gauge) plum concrete and plastering with 1:4 mix cement mortar of 12 mm thick with recron 3S with lime washing three or more coats complete as per the direction of the Engineer‐ in‐ Charge. 45 cm height, 30 cm top and 45 cm bottom.
