Supply and errection in position of steel tubular pole swaged complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, pole caps and screws, top cover all as specified type 410 SP 31 ( 9 mtr long ).The poles shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint through internally and externally up to planting depth and balance portion of pole shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified, as directed by Engr in charge. Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be paid separatly

Material and labour for earthing (in repair) complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60 cm x 3.0 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm by means of galvanized iron nuts & bolts or as directed at site by Engineer -in-Charge protected by GI Pipe 40 mm dia light grade and connected to test point and further connected to equipment, machinery, electrical panel or any other as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, which to be earthed, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including provision of concrete earth pit constructed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as earth pit and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for cover slab with necessary reinforcement with handle for lifting also including provision of funnel with wire mesh with 20 mm GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm thick all around the electrode , including necessary excavation and earth work , testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Labour only for following services are to be provided for to carry out the preventive maintenance for existing electrical LT equipment of 1100 Volt and LT over head lines and all accessories by employing min 01 elect & 01 Helper (Electricians and helpers shall be experienced in their trades).will report to JE E/M in charge of receiving sub station for to receiving instructions to carrying out repair at sharp 0900 hrs on every working day i.e. for 8 hrs with necessary tools complete all as directed. (a). Carrying out periodaical checking and maintenance of LT panel (b). Checking and tightning of all jumpers, earth connection, Lightning Arresters, fuses including putting of fuses and necessary repair and maintenance as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge / Rep of dept in all four pole structure under complete area of 25 ED AF. (c).Checking and tightning of all jumpers, earth connection, tightning of ACSR conductor and necessary repair and maintenance as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge / Rep of dept in all LT O/H Feeders and LT Two pole structure under complete 25 ED AF area. (d).Checking of Earthing, test points, earth leads, periodical testing of earth resistance, cheching and rectification of earth neutral voltage fault all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (e).Carrying out minor repair of LT Panel and MCCB DBs tightning of terminal studs, etc. (f). Carrying out maintenance and repair to Indoor / Outdoor LT distribution Feeder Pillar Box checking of all terminals, internal wiring, replacement of fuses all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note 1:-. Complete material and necessary T&P ( earth megger, multi meter, all electrical tools, ladder, trasportation etc.) as required for rectification of defects/attending to fault shall be arranged by contractor and cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. Note 2:-. Any casualty or injury sustained by the contractor’s workers during the working hours shall be sole liability of the contractor. No claim on this account shall be entertained by the department

Labour only for attending the electrical / mechanical fault or breakdown by checking of existing electrical equipment, LT overhead line and LT cable complete including all accessories for continous electrical supply or detection of nature of defect including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to made the functional by employing requisite numbers of man power (Electricians and helpers shall be experienced in their trades).They will make themselves available to JE in charge/engineer-in-charge for attending the electric fault at all time including sunday and holiday at main receiving sub station. (a) Attending of every maximum 05 nos of electric fault in a single day, in Premises of 25 ED area will be considered as one job. (b) The contractor is required to and rectify the defects to within stipulated period, compensation of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five hundred only) per fault for each day (i.e. 24 hours) shall be recovered from the contractor and maximum recovery for this account shall be 10 days if contractor fail to rectify the defect/defects within anticipated completion time, the department can rectify the defect at his own arrangements and repair cost will be recovered as per market rate in addition to penalty imposed on contractor for not attending the fault and no payment will be made to contractor to this effect. c) Necessary T&P(all type of tools, Ladders, transportation etc) and minor stores like fuse wire, any size/type of aluminium lugs,jumpers, binding wire, alkathine pipe as required for rectification of defects/attending to fault shall be arranged by contractor and cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply and laying stone aggregate 40 mm grade including lime powder after taking out old aggregate all as specified and directed by Engr - in Charge.
