Providing, installing, commissioning and testing of VERTICAL TURBINE, self water lubricated above floor type pump capable of discharging raw water at the rate of minimum 1800 Cum/ Hr.(Minimum 3600 Cum./Hr. when two pumps running in parallel) at the duty point head of 75 Mtr with 1480 rpm including stainless steel basket type strainer, bowl assembly, column assembly, discharge head , thrust bearing block, base plate of suitable size with minimum thickness of 32 mm, connecting stool etc. complete as per latest IS specifications. The column pipes shall be manufactured from ERW pipes of 12 mm thick and each of maximum 1.5 m length provided with anticorrosive and special treatment paint and all line shafts and impellers shafts of stainless steel AISI 410 including all consumable materials, accurate digital / glycerin filled type pressure gauge to read entire range of pressure complete with necessary tubing's and control valve. The pump should have flat efficiency characteristics between operating range as per detail item specifications.

Providing, installing, commissioning & testing and trial of Verticle solid shaft squirrel cage induction motor of capacity to run the pump with specifications as mentioned in item no. 1 above, of miniimum 900 HP / 670 KW with "F" class insulation and B class temperature rise with thermostat protection embedded in stator winding complete operating on 3.3KV, 50Hz, 3 Ph, 1475 RPM AC power supply suitable to drive the pump in item no.1 complete with all accessories required including motor stand seperately for keeping the motor on floor while doing maintenance as per detailed specifications complete.

The panel shall be provided as per detailed specifications only.

Designing, manufacturing, providing, installing, commissioning and testing of 440 V APFC Panel suitable for maintaining power factor near to unity while operating for 300 KW Load with required control circuit, indication system and all standard accessories with auto On/Off arrangement for contactors etc complete with rearranging capacitor banks of suitable capacities. The panel should have arrangement to sense the complete load of panel to be erected under item no. 4 above with two nos. of incomers etc complete as per detail specifications of the item.
