Note: (i) That the manufacturer or their service provider shall furnish 10 (Ten) years replacement guarantee for prepaid meters installed under this contract. (ii) Web base software for MES_GE guideline configuration of server to prepare the consumer database, tariff creation, sitting of load limit, meter allotment, billing along with mobile app facility and 10 years charges is free both 1 Phase and 3 phase prepaid meter.
