Providing and applying ready mixed wall putty (JK / BIRLA ) of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Royal of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work

White washing with lime to give an even shade - Old work (two or more coats).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Supply and fixing of sliding windows at all levels made out from Unplasticised Poly vinyl chloride frame (UPVC) of natural colour (PRISTINE WHITE) with outer frame of size 40x56x40mm / 102x56x40mm and for shutter frame of size 53x38x37mm for two track / three track sliding windows , with wall thickness of 1.8mm (+/-0.3mm).The section should be single glazing using (flush catch) single point locking. The gasket should be made of EPDM (Ethylene propylene dimonomer) and applying silicone sealants (GE make or wacker make) outside and acrylic sealent inside including single glazing of 5mm thick clear float glass. The sections should be reinforced with GI sheet of 1.5mm thick with suitable drainage grouting.
