Earthwork in excavation over areas (exceeding 30 cms in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) incld. disposal of excavated earth upto 50mts lead, and lift upto 1.5m, (All kinds of soil). By mechanical means

Providing & laying of stone soling in level hand packed in layers upto desired thickness.

Providing & laying in position cement conc. of specified grade excld. Cost of centering & shuttering- all work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size (Crushed)

Providing & laying in position cement conc. of specified grade excld. Cost of centering & shuttering- all work upto plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size (Crushed) M-15 Grade RCC with 10% plum concrete.

Reinforcement for RCC work incld. straightening, cutting, bending, placing in positions and binding all complete (T.M.T), 12mm, 10mm & 8mm.

Centering & shuttering incld. strutting, propping etc. & removal of form for:- Fencing, cable trench, bed, equipment foundations, RMU foundations etc.

Providing & fixing of G.I foundation fastners (template type or J-hook type of sorts) with washers & nuts. The job includes alligning, leveling etc.

Providing and fixing of 4-5.mm thick GI 150mm dia pipe to be fixed in foudation bolts after necessary fabrication and fixing of top and bottom plate of checquered plates including leveling, alligning etc complete job as directions by site incharge.

Supply and laying of good earth from source of 50 km to fill the yard cavity including watering, ramming, compressed in layers upto desired level of yard.

Providing of 12mm thick cement plaster in (1:4) mix ( 1 Cement:- 4 couse sand) 12mm thick for equipment foundation above ground including carriage of material etc involved .

Providing and fixing of GI 9 swg chain link fencing interlocked with 75x75mm mesh matrix including cutting, bending, twisting at ends with angle iron posts of horizontal and vertical position in flat strip by way of drilling at each desired points with nuts, bolts and washers complete job as per directions of site incharge.

Providing and fixing of 100x50x6mm GI channel, 50x50x5mm, 75x75x6mm GI angle iron and GI flat iron of 25x3mm, 50x6mm of sorts and 50x6mm GI flat to be burried under ground vertically and welded with mesh including cutting, bending, drilling, welding, alligning, levelling etc complete fabrication for chain link fencing posts, earthing mat, cable trench angles at edges, plates for cable trenches etc complete as directions of site incharge

Providing and fixing of 100x50x6mm MS 50x50x5mm, 75x75x6mm MS angle iron and MS flat iron of 25x3mm, 50x6mm and sheet metal for entrance gate including proper fabrication as per requirement, and 6mm MS chequered plates for cable trunch including cutting, bending, drilling, welding, alligning, levelling etc with two sided stirp holder of 25x3mm complete fabrication for chain link fencing posts, earthing mat with 32mm TMT Bar of 10' long electrods with sharp tips to be inserted in soil along with the mesh and termnation with cable trench angles at edges, plates for cable trenches etc complete includes Redoxide 2 coats and emulsion/plastic paint as directions of site incharge

Painting of MS work and welded joints particularly Cable trench plates, Pipe structure plates and other left over welded/fabricated cuts including cleaning and removal of uneveness/dirt on surfaces by way of scrubbing with sand papers etC (Al Paint/ Red oxide/Emulsion/plastic paint )

Carriage of all materials required for construction from source upto site of work both mechanical as well as head load if any from Bandipora to Gurez with a lead upto 50Kms
