Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of OUTDOOR type step down transformer of capacity 500 KVA, 22KV/433V, 3 phase, 50 HZ, ONAN cooled oil immersed double copper wound, AC , 3 phase 50 Hz capacity step down, outdoor copper wound type complete with first filling of IS : 335 ISI marked and dehydrated transformer oil with standard fittings , HT 22 KV 3 phase , LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tapings on LT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS: 1180 part-I of capacity 500 KVA core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural, air natural (ONAN) with external cooling tubes/fins delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side(LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11(Vector group)with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and 7 position OFF circuit tap changer having tapping range at ±7.5% in steps of 2.5% each on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 22000 volts grade, 3 core 95 Sq mm HT XLPE shielded core type wrapped with galvanised steel strip armoured, PVC sheathed, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV 3 Phase AC, 50Hz, ISI marked, laid in trenches / passing through pipe / duct / road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork and cable covers will be measured and paid separately.
