Day to day maintenance of internal electrification including wiring, fittings, submain wiring, loadline DBs and connected works in MD Accn of Vikram Batra Vihar, Subramanian Line and CVD Line under GE (West) Delhi Cantt-10

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium any type of point wiring (light/fan/socket /power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, sockets,regulators light fittings) and removal from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of (wall/floors/ceiling etc) complete all as specfied & directed.

One light/fan/bell/Exhaust fan/Fresh Air Fan point controlled by one way switch 5 amps. complete all as specfied & directed.

One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one way switch on independent board. complete all as specfied & directed.

One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one way switch on same board along with other switches. complete all as specfied & directed.

One light point controlled by two, two way switch. complete all as specfied & directed.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade, PVC concealed conduit of dia not less than 20 mm and conduit accessories concealed in wall (Brick/stone masonary), ISI marked with valid CML No (IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS: 3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with modular metal flush boxes of size 1.6 mm thick including cover plate with frame of white colour of suitable size as required at site, including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth duly complete including replastering and making good the surface of wall and painting with existing colour all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi stranded copper conductor 4.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade, PVC concealed conduit of dia not less than 20 mm and conduit accessories concealed in wall (Brick/stone masonary), ISI marked with valid CML No (IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS: 3419:1976 for conduit accessories), including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 4.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth duly complete including replastering and making good the surface of wall and painting with existing colour all as specified and directed.(For AC point)

Identifying and rectifying the defects pertains to ceiling fans/exhaust fans/fresh air fans and connects electric circuit, tightening of loose wiring/conduits/ fan capacitors and connection carrying out minor repairs incl blade alignments,screwing/tightening the nuts/bolts/washers etc incl taking down & refixing properly in the same position after repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fans of any type and make with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge suiatble for existing make in the workshop including necessary lathe work on shaft, both sides of rewinding covered with high quality varnish and provisions of new nuts/pins including taking out old burnt wind of copper/aluminium complete all as specified and directed.
