Material and labour for de-scaling and cleaning with the help of mechanical pump system through well quilified techanician/mistry for entire chocked water and gas circulation system like condensor unit, chiller unit , AHU Coils and pipes with all chiller and consensor refrigent piping system complete including , condenser (heat exchanger) to cooling tower, circulating concentrated servicing of valves de-scaling by chemical solution (ORISCALE BLASTER) mixed with water in suitable proportion including full filling it on cooling towe system till the time and storage in system minium 24 hrs whichever is later & as ordered by EIC, up to completion of deposits/scale is removed on system they after it circulating through pump, cooling tower, water spray assembly,and cleaning with suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including connecting all dismantled components in proper position after servicing/overhauling/greasing etc including replacement of new one packing seal/ gasket of pump and chiller unit/ condensor unit , valve etc with 3mm thick and nuts, bolts with washer, and make it leakage poof system and testing on load complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge for the following AC plants :
