Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.

One or more coats on old work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspectionof work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading in the dumping grounds etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Reducing the height of steel gate of size 4.45x3.10m and 3.50x3.10m, by cutting the bottom portion of the members to required length, consisting of squre bars of 20mm and 40 mm. The bottom pivot embeded in concrete should be removed and re fixed at new height etc complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge. ( Two segment/leaf of the gate will be considered as one).

Cleaning rain water drain upto to a length of 60m infront of TE building by removing accumulated sludge by mechanical means and making the rain water to flow easily including all lead and lift and as directed by the engineer in charge.

Credit to the department by the Contractor for taking away the M S / galvanised steel as is where is basis including removing stacking etc complete and as decided by the Engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
