Construction of at-grade U-turn facility for traffic improvement on Sikar road (Chomu puliya to Road 14), Zone-06, JDA, Jaipur

Dismantling kerb stone channels by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 202.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing / wire mesh fencing including posts, foundation concrete, backfilling of pit by manual means including disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable material and unserviceable material separately as per MoRTH Specification Clause 202.

Providing, fixing, maintaining, shifting & refixing, barricading of a steel portable barricade with horizontal sheet 0.60 mtr wide, 2.4 mtr in length fitted on a “A” frame and sheet painted with 2 coats of yellow paint, lettering (CAUTION, JDA AT WORK, DRIVE SLOW) on sheet with RED paint & border with reflective paint at the time of every shifting, traffic diversion arrangement, safety guard, suitable lightning arrangement during night if required, complete in all respect till completion of the project as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-charge and same shall be possessed by the contractor after completion of the project. Payment under this item will be released:- (1) 50% at the time of providing new barricading at the time of start of project at location and plan as approved by the Engineer & certification (2) 50% After completion of project including shifting, re-erecting and maintaining the barricading in position, during entire construction tenure with requisite manpower/flagman etc. Complete for guiding traffic and safety etc and dismantling after completion of project.

Pavement milling (cold planning, asphalt milling, or profiling) of existing all kinds of bituminous surfaces (Mastic, DBM, BC, SDBC, SMA, PMC etc.) with specially designed equipment up to the specified depth of bituminous layer as per designed level & grade, including disposal of milling material with all lead (minimum 20 km from site) and lift complete as per specification. The surface shall be free of bumps, ruts, and other imperfections including the arrangement of traffic diversion if required. Milling material recovered, shall be loaded directly onto trucks/trolleys from the milling machine & shall be the property of the contractor. The milled road surface shall be swept clean prior to opening to traffic. The milling machine is power-operated, self-propelled, and self-sufficient in power, traction, and stability to remove a thickness of BT surface to a specified depth. The machine should be able to provide a uniform profile and cross slope, and capable of accurately and automatically establishing profile grades along each edge of the machine by referencing from the existing pavement without damaging the bottom CC surface if any. The machine should have an automatic system for controlling grade elevation and cross slope etc.

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU): Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

CAST-IN-SITU CONCRETE: Providing and laying in position Ready mix concrete manufactured in fully automatic Batching Plant and transported to site in transit mixer for having continous agitated mixer, manufactured as per approved mix design of specified grade of RCC work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , exculding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement with all lead and lift including cost of admixtures in recommended portion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge. All works upto floor V floor M20 grade Design Mix by using cement as per codal provision.

Add extra for providing richer mixes respectively at all floor levels Providing M-30 grade concrete by using cement as per codal 456.750 139.00 cum 63,488.25 provision instead of M-20 grade design mix.

FORM WORK Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formwork for upto floor five level for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string course.

STEEL REINFORCEMENT: Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. (‘Original producers‘ who manufacture billet directly from iron ores and roll the bilets to produce steel conforming to IS:1786) Thermo-mechanically Treated bars (Conforming of relevent IS code)
