Supply and fixing LED Flood light fitting 470 Watts, High-quality integrated LED Flood light with a minimum system lumen of 56000 Lm (+/- 1%) and system wattage not exceeding 470W with a nominal efficiency 120 lumen/watt. CCT of 5700K with SDCM of < 5 and CRI: 70. The housing should be of non-corrosive high-pressure die-cast aluminium to withstand extreme environment. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with a IK rating of 08. Optical and control gear compartments shall be maintainable/replaceable without impacting the LED units. The access to the optical and the gear compartment should be separate. While accessing the gear compartment, the optical compartment should not be accessible. The luminaire should have a 20KV /10KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e., Total 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2.

NOTE: The Luminaire should have a breather to ensure that air balance inside and outside of the Compartment. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The wattage of each LED should be greater than1 watt and less than 3 watt. Only high power Single white LED chip with ceramic based suitable for outdoor use is allowed. Multi Chip, array multi die, mid power, integrated arrays and COBs are not permitted. The 140-144 Nos of high power LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type. M&L for preparation of old surface by scraping down old pealed off paint using sand paper, removing dirt/dust from steel tubular pole and painting to steel tubular pole (9 mtr long) including street light bracket with applying two coats of synthetic aluminium paint including marking the pole number etc at any place at site A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB Distribution board , 415 volts Triple pole and neutral double door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200Amps rated bus bar with neutral link, 4 ways, TPN QVE Series , fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & installation outdoor panel for HML control panel housing suitable control circuit for the operation of the high mast light , made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, double door type with sloppy canopy including suitable size of MCB TPN, contactor, digital timer and PVC connector fixed with on bus bar including wiring arrangement from panel to light fittings with suitable copper conductor cable, glands, lugs including suitable PCC (1:2;3) foundation for panel complete all as specified & directed Engr- in- Charge. NOTE:- The panel shouled be CPRI type test approved, the degree of outer shell shall be IP- 54 and should be comply IS - 8623 / 93

Supply & fix in replacement front door suitable size for out door HML panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in replacement 8 mm dia steel wire rope for HML pole from motor to pulley complete all as specified.

Rectifying the defects of wiring kit & attend the complaints of solar module of any size / cap incl top up of the electrolyte solution (specific gravity 1200) any cap battery with connected items and refixing the same after rectifying the defect in all respect including making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Wiring Kit & Electrolyte solution will be measured & paid separately irrespective items.

Supply only electrolyte solution of specific gravity 1200 for solar battery wherever is required at Naval Base Karwar all as specified.

Supply only wiring Kit suitable for existing solar module of any cap wherever is required at Naval Base Karwar all as specified.

M&L for providing and fixing retro-reflective high intensity prismatic (HIP) tape on steel tubular pole in specified colour, 75–100 mm width, including surface preparation (cleaning, rust removal, wiping with solvent), cutting tape to required length and fixing/wrapping around pole with firm adhesion, ensuring uniform alignment and finishing, including labour, tools and all incidental charges, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing tri-colour LED light strip of 18 metre (saffron, white and green) around the pole, outdoor grade IP65 LED strip with uniform illumination, complete with clamps, driver, wiring and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for cutting and clearing of tree branches obstructing illumination of street light, including trimming of overgrown branches around pole/light fitting, removing foliage blocking the beam spread, safe lowering of cut branches, clearing and stacking, and disposal of debris as directed, ensuring no damage to existing cables, pole, bracket or street light fitting, including all labour, tools and safety precautions required for proper visibility restoration, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only garden lights of any type/size at any place, including making necessary connections and preparing PCC foundation with nuts and bolts for mounting of bollard lights, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Garden lights shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’ (free for fixing only).

Supplying in replacement damaged/corroded steel tubular swaged pole, by erecting truly vertical, complete with cast iron base plate welded with pole, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc. as specified, type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long), including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces, providing 5 Nos. reflective strips (total) and painting alternate yellow and black bands, and writing letters/figures on external surface above PCC benching including writing of pole No. in block letters/figures of size not exceeding 30 mm with black paint on a yellow circle of dia 75 mm after painting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
