Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 600 mm), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply of two length of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 7.14 kg per mtr. bracket cross arm for double pole cross arm for three wire 11 kv OH line conductor complete with through bolt and nuts for clamping to the poles 50 mm x 6 mm flat iron clamps welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on other side for tying the cross arm together including drilling holes for insulators pins bolt and nut etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required 2 nos. for GOS and handle pipe etc.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11 KV over head lines as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11 KV as required.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material - Beyond 120 cm girth upto and including 240 cm girth

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Tensioning / Re-erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required - Dog Conductor

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Dismantling of pole embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supply of 8 SWG G.I. wire. (2250 mtr + 2000 mtr = 4250 mtr x 0.131 kg = 556.75 kg)

Transportation of Tubular Pole from MRSS/site to working site

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing of 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc as required

Clamps, bolts nuts etc. 30 pole x 6 nos each pole = 180 nos

Supply of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 7.14 kg / mtr cross arm for 2 wire OH Line complete with clamps bolts and nuts etc including drilling of holes of insulators pins and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, copper tube having single prong at top with 85 mm dia 3 mm thick copper base plate including holes etc complete as required

Providing of 10 mm X 25 mm long GI bolt with nut etc

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture for Numbering of poles. ( 7 cm size of one letter, 140 cm per pole x 40 nos = 5600 cm )
