DG EARTHING AND DG BED

Providing Chemical Earthing by using 250 microns copper bonded steel solid rod 3 meter long 17 mm dia Earth Electrode unit consisting of copper terminal of size 25 mm x 6 mm (thick) x 200 mm length with 4 nos holes, 4 sets of chrome plated GI nut bolts, plain washer, spring washer including filling with hygroscopic conductive compound of low resistivity earth enhancement powder (environmental friendly, mineral compounds, semi soluble, non-corrosive, conductivity improving material of approved brand) with backfill soil including making bore well of size 100 mm dia, 3.0 meter deep in ground (soft / hard rock) for chemical earthing including arranging required tools & plants and manpower etc. complete with FRP enclosure with cover plate having nominal size top dia 254 mm, bottom dia 330 mm and height 260 mm etc complete as reqd. ( As per BSNL approved RDSO specifications RDSO/SPN/197)

Supplying of the 3.5 x 50 sqmm XLPE insulated Aluminium armoured under ground , outer sheathed cable of grade 1100V/650V as per IS 7098 ( part 1 ) 1988 as required.

Supplying of the 2 x 4 sqmm XLPE insulated Aluminium armoured under ground , outer sheathed cable of grade 1100V/650V as per IS 7098 ( part 1 ) 1988 as required.

Providing & laying 1:2:4 ( 1 cement ,2 coarse sand & 4 graded stone aggregate of not more than 20mm nominal size )cement concrete work for foundation for 30 KVA DG Set Bed i/c cost of materials, excavation of warth surface, shuttering , finishing & plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement & 3 fine sand) to give smooth & even surface i/c plastering all the surfaces above G.L complete as reqd. Note: As per site requirement Cement Concrete Work is to be done , for raising, Extesnion of existing Bed or a new DG Bed

S/F of the 35mm x 35mm x 5mm thick MS Angle incluidng painting , cutting, grouting as required

Supplying and fixing 63 Amp 4 pole onload Changeover switch with MS Enclosure suitable for operation on 415V, 50 HZ AC Supply on surface of wall in cubicle panel, making connections,earthing etc. as required.

Laying and fixing of one number 3.5 x 50 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade on poles/for loops /in control panels/in DBs/in side canopy/meter panels etc as required.

Dismnatling of the Existing 15 KVA/30KVA/40 KVA DG Set from the bed complete with Pipe lines, Oil Tank, power cables etc and shifting to a safer place in the exchange premises as required.
