ICHP- Replacement of existing worn out / damaged SCN-500 Gear box by a spare one in Conveyor-58B.

Charges for the drawal of spare gear box from stores and loading both (Released & Spare) gear box from and to TTPS site.

Charges for loading and transporting both (Released & Spare) gear box from and to TTPS site and unloading at the workspot (While carrying this work, the grid coupling could not be released from gear box shaft, it will be transport to local workshop for releasing the grid coupling by using special equipment).

Charges for decoupling gear box from head pulley slow speed coupling, removing RMT flexible element, and brake assembly from bed. Drain oil from gear box, removing gear box bed bolt, removing the cooling fan cover from input shaft, leading and lifting the gear box from the bed.

Charges for measuring and preparing output shaft, transporting of waste oil about 1 barrel available at site heating the released slow speed coupling in oil bath gear box to pulley coupling size to the required temperature, lifting, positioning and shrink fitting the coupling with spare gear box shaft. After cooling of waste oil stored in drums and kept inside the pocket store.

Charges for arranging the chain block, leading, lifting the spare gear box after assembling the slow speed coupling on output shaft and brake drum on input shaft of the spare gear box and positioning the overhauled gear box on the bed, filling SP 320 oil to the required level.

Changing the drive in any one of the drive conveyor from drive B and hold back checking in the fluid coupling, including T&P’s hire charges and consumables.

Alignment of gear box to fluid coupling 1 no alignment fluid coupling to HT motor 1 no alignment, including T&P’s hire charges and consumables.

Coupling the fluid coupling with gear box and HT motor by 2 nos. resilient coupling, topping up of oil commissioning, trial run etc., including T&P’s hire charges and consumables.
