Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light fan socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings and removing retrieved materials and making good the disturbed surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan, cealing cable end, dismantaling blades, and removing fan including painting and refix the same including connecting up and provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn in and incl heavy grade PVC casing caping ISI marked including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor branded PVC moulded modular gang box fixed on wall surface with Modular suitable plate with cover and suitable screws for housing switches socket outlets fan regulators etc., complete all as specified and directed for the following ;- Make:- .Finolex / Ravi Cab / NICCO or equivalent make.

All as per item No 3 here in before but with copper conductor cable FLRS 2.5 sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet,15 Amps and including provision of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor on independent board.

Switch piano flush type single pole one way 6 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC ceiling rose 65 x 50 mm surface type with 3 terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

Stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type, complete all as specified and directed.

Calling bell, 230 V, AC, single pole fancy type Ding Dong Bell and including taking out unserviceable old bell, complete all as specified and directed.

Lamp holder, insulated body with back plate for batten fittings including 09 watt LED bulb, complete all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring with Two single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 6 sqmm in and including non-metallic rigid PVC casing and capping and accessories and fixing arrangements fixed to surface on wall, floor or ceiling etc including 6 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed. Note : One run of earth continuity conductor,one run of PVC casing capping and two run of copper conductor together taken as one length for measuring unit length.

Taking out old underground cable of any size and any core, complete all as speciifed and directed.

Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galavanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor, complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

240 sqmm 3.5 core.

120 sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning with fine sand as specified in clause 14.5 of SSR Part-I to under ground cable in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed.

400 Amps ON LOAD Change Over switch front handle operated 415V 50hz four pole all open execution type, complete all as specified and directed.

MCCBs 250 Amps Four Pole 35KA in replacement of old unserviceable MCCB's, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) 'S' trap 110mm bore, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Grating doom 100mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 25gms), fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) 110mm bore floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

15mm Bib taps, chromium plated, fancy type, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.
