PART A: Work of Annual maintenance and turning of ash disposal pipe line 5x200MW, BTPS, OBRA.

Marking and turning of ash disposal pipe line 5x200MW, BTPS from Ash Slurry pump house to Chakari Ash dam.

Repairing/Replacement of worn out coupling or collar or sleeves by new one or providing asbestos rope of required size in ash disposal line 12"/14”/16".

Cleaning of choked disposal line 12"/14”/16".

Strengthening of MS bend / lateral 12"/14”/16" by patch welding of MS plate/Pipe of required size and refixing.

Difference size & length tool piece cutting and welding of ash pipe line for any maintenance work.

Replacement of 12"/14”/16" MS bends/ reducer/Lateral

Fabrication of MS lateral of size 12"/14” x 12"/14” x 12"/14” of 450 for ash disposal line. Erection & commissioning the same in the ash disposal pipe line.

Servicing of 12"/14” knife edge gate ash flow valve(dezurik valve)

Replacement of 12"/14” knife edge gate ash flow valve(dezurik valve)

Cutting and welding of MS pipes size 12"/14”/16" due to choking of pipe line or some other reasons.

Fabrication of bend 22 ½0, 450 to 900 in round curved shape for smooth flow of ash slurry from 12"/14” ERW M.S. pipe for ash disposal pipe line. Erection & commissioning by coupling or welding the same in the ash disposal pipe lines.

Clamping of pipe including minor civil work like grouting of bolts in pedestal etc.

Repairing/Servicing of Air release valve/vent including replacement of worn out parts installed on ash slurry disposal pipe line.

Generator charges beyond power house boundary on job (welding work or part of thereof).

Maintenance/repairing of 12"/14” 9.5 mm thick ash pipe line, including patch work of different size.

To provide half stiffener on ash slurry disposal pipe line.

To provide full stiffener on ash slurry disposal pipe line.

Fabrication and erection of supporting structure for disposal pipe lines fittings with clamping including civil work.

Laying the 12"/14”/16"-ERW MS pipe lines, bends, couplings etc on the pedestal and welding the joint after making V shape at joint with D&H make Medio electrode.

Replacement of 12"/14”/16" MS ash disposal pipe lines, bends etc. with 12"/14”/16" ERW-MS ash pipeline 5x200MW, BTPS, Obra.

Dismantle the old & used 12"/14”/16" MS pipe line & open the coupling, cutting the joint etc. safely and shift the same in the site store/scrap yard.

Erection and commissioning of 12"/14”/16"-ERW MS new or old & reusable pipe, bends, coupling etc. with good alignment and clamping too strong to carry ash slurry disposal at 06 to 08 Kg./cm2 discharge pressure successfully along with Transport the material from the site store/central store to working place.

PART B: Digging /removal of ash/garbage from ash pipe line/ Bottom Ash Hopper/ Ash Pipe Line trenchs/Ash Slurry Pump suction pipe line trench including cutting of grass and bushes of Ash Pipe Line 5x200MW, BTPS, OBRA.

Removal of ash soil from ash disposal line which are completely buried (3000M x 3.5M x 0.5M) and shifting the same 05M away from the ash disposal lines trench 5x200MW, BTPS. (from Ash Slurry pump house to Rakhipul)

Cutting of grass and bushes lying on ash disposal lines of 5x200 MW units (from Ash Slurry pump house to ash pond)

Removing ash/soil deposits and grass and bushes from ash pipe line trenches from Ash Slurry pump house to boundary.

Digging of trench in Chakari Village for laying/turning/maintenance of ash disposal pipe line.

In case the huge quantity of ash accumulated at ESP floor the same shall be segregated & lifted by dumper/trolley to outside Powerhouse boundary for its disposal of 5x200MW, BTPS. ( one dumper= two tractor trolley)

Removal of ash from bottom ash disposal pipe line trench of 5x200MW and disposal off same out side Powerhouse boundary.

Collecting, loading & disposal of ash, clinker from BAH area and ASP trench for 5x200MW, BTPS.

Cleaning of Floor area of EP Hopper at 0 M level of one Unit (for 2x200MW) cleaning. One unit means one job (Daily except holiday)
