Providing Consultancy services for Managing PMC services for the entire Project including Overall coordination with other EPCMs and providing EPCM/PMC services for the scope of work in EPCM Package-1, including Basic, Residual & Detailed Engineering, as applicable, Bid document preparation, tendering, bid evaluation, Purchase order/work order placement for materials procurement & works, FEED preparation and Lining up the EPC / LSTK contracts, BOO contracts, Assistance in pre-commissioing, Plant start-up, Commissioing & Performance Test Runs for the new 9 MMTPA Cauvery Basin Refinery Project at Nagappattinam, Tamilnadu.

Charges for Services rendered from Head / Home Office : To be paid on Lumpsum basis

Total Lumpsum charges for Consultancy services rendered from Head / Home office for EPCM services covered under the scope of EPCM-1, Consultancy service charges for units/facilities on BOO basis covered under the scope of EPCM-1 and Overall Managing PMC charges for EPCM-2, EPCM-3 & EPCM-4.

Total Lumpsum charges for Consultancy services rendered from Head / Home office for PMC services for EPCC/LSTK packages covered under EPCM-1.

Charges for services towards Construction Management & Supervision: To be paid on Man-month basis

Resident Construction Manager [RCM] (Engineer-in-Charge) for EPCM Services

Charges for services towards Managing PMC Services : To be paid on Man-month basis
