M&L for double charged vitrified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc. 0.18 sqm not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in flooring etc , laid over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade including dismantling existing tiling, cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged Vitrified ceremic tiles 08 to 10 mm thick of approved shade and size as in vertical surfaces, skirting etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 including dismantling existing tiling, cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Single layer Manglore Pattern or similar tiles in roofing and rubbish off the premises complete as as specified and as directed

Material and labour for roof tiles Manglore pattern interlocking at side joints, laid dry in roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- all as per serial item No 4 here-in-before but using Mangalore pattern roof tiles obtained from dismantling.

M&L for second class hardwood battens squar/rectangular in section at 30 cm centres, Clean sawn secured with nails or brads sec exc 5 sqcm but n exc 15 sqcm including dismantling of existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base including demolition of existing PCC and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick coloured Glossy Chequered cement concrete tiles of area exc. 0.06 Sqm and n.exc 0.20sqm each, set, jointed and pointed in net cement slurry mixed with grey cement and pigment in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.
