Taking down old unservicable single phase preventer and S&F new single phase preventer automatically will correct reverse phase also protection against single phasing, unbalancing. Low voltage, high voltage with time delay, rating 31-50 HP including all electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding (renewal of winding) of induction motor of rating 50 HP, 3 Phase, 440V, 1440 RPM (Make Kirlosker) with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including insulating materials, heating/drying and testing complete including dismantling, transportation, loading, unloading & installing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the vegitation, grass, bushes etc inside and out side the installation perameter including keeping maintinaing the gardens and lawns by necessary gardening works and surface excavation in all respect to maintain the installation premises at various places as directed by Engr-in-Charge and to be kept in inspection and also cleaning washing the floor of installation, pump room, veranadh, labour rest room, chlorination room, toilets etc and allied rooms with detergent, acids , phenoyl cleaner complete all as specified and directed.. Note :- Contractor is deemed to provide for 08 Hrs working period. (a) One gardeners and three helpers as per work requirement. (b) Necessary tools like cutting, digging, cleaning cane brooms with bamboo handle, flower brooms, flexible pipes, sprinklers etc for gardening purpose. (c) The cost of all items mentioned are including in item rate no extra payment will paid.

M&L for maintenance and upkeeping of all pump, motor and LT panels install inside any pump and installations the contactor is deemed to provide following:- (i) Cheecking and maintenance of all connections gauges etc of all pump sets 50 HP capacity, and endorse the status in the register. (ii) Checking and maintenance of Voltage meters, Amp meters and checking of RYB phase indicators, CTS incl all electrical connections of LT panel incl endorse the status in register. (iii) Checking and maintenance of leakage of transformer oil from starters, all connections, of moving, auxillary, contacts, coils, relays etc in all resect of oil immersed and electronic starters. (iv) Arresting of leakage from pumps, sluice valves by filling Gland etc and make the pump set leak proof. (v) Maintaining the allingment of pumpsets, maintaining the virbrations by filling necessary gland packing, and allied works for avoiding the loss of pumpsets due to mechanical faults and electrical faults to prevent the motor winding burning , damage, of pump shafts, coupling , casing of pump sets etc and restrict the abnormal sounds in pump sets. (Note. (a) The necessary gland packing, rubber insertion sheets, insulation tape, grease, oil and nut bolts of any size deemed to included in quoted rate. (b) T&P, helpers for repair and maintenance are reasponsiblity of contactor without any extra cost. (c) Any defect found and not intimated by the technician will be viewed seriously and penalty of Rs 5000.00 or cost of defect rectification which one is feasible will be accounted.

Dismantling of unserviceable booster pump multi stage coupled with 1HP electric motor for chloronome plant transporting to civil workshop for repairing including renewal of brass impeller, bearings, shaft, check nut, bush stainless steel coupling with the key complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable burnt out electric motor of capacity 1HP, 3 phase 415 Volts transporting to civil workshop and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including insulating materials reinstalled in position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping/removing of complete old paint from centrifugal pumpset with eletric motor of capacity 50 HP and painting the same with two coat of synthetic supper enamelled paint over one coat of primer as existing color including writing SM/MES No complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Cast iron sluice valve flanged type, class PN 1.0 of size 200mm cast iron body with stainless steel spindle, non rising complete type, and cast iron wheel head, both ends flanged, IS-14846 marked, complete with neoprence rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tonsile), washers etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Cast iron sluice valve flanged type, class PN 1.0 of size 125mm cast iron body with stainless steel spindle, non rising complete type, and cast iron wheel head, both ends flanged, IS-14846 marked, complete with neoprence rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tonsile), washers etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing CI body non return valve spring loaded type both ends flanged complete with nuts bolts and rubber packing of size of 125 mm bore including taking down old valve complete all as specified and directed.

Centrifugal Pump Specifications:- The technical data shall be all as specified below comprising of the following :- (i) Casing : Horizontal axially split volute type, suction and discharge nozzles and supporting feet cast integral with lower half casing. (ii) Impellers : Enclosed type accurately balanced impellers are placed back to back to balance axial thrust load. (iii) Shaft : The high tensile steel shaft accurately machined and ground is supported by antifriction bearings. The shaft is protected by shaft sleeves from wear in stuffing box area. (iv) Stuffing Box : The stuffing box can be sealed by gland packing or by mechanical seal and is suitable for liquids having temperature up to 90 degree centigrade. Taking down old unserviceable PVC pipe of 150mm bore including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Suplying, laying, jointing & testing, 150mm dia nominal bore Ductile Iron (DI) pipes with titen joint, class K-9, centrifugaly cast conforming to IS-8329/2000 specifications, in any length, laid in trenches complete with and including necessary rubber gasket joints, complete all as specified and directed.
