Cutting & disposal of wild vegetation consisting of wild grass, thorny bushes, wild shrubs such as ber , subabhool , babhool etc. upto 100 mm girth at 1 m. height from ground level ,collecion of cut grass, wild vegetation at designated places, subsequent mechanical transportation of collected grass upto lead of 3.0 km. and disposal of collected grss by depositing in pit etc. complete. as per specifications & directions of Engineer In Charge. A)Area available for grass cutting during contract period = 214685.00 m2 This area has to be cut 6 times in contract period So Quantity = 214685.00 m2 x 6.00 Operations = 1288110.00 m2

Cutting and removal of all types of creepers dead & alive from chain link fencing of height up to 2.50 m & from 1.0 m area on both sides of fence ,collection of cut creepers, subsequent mechanical transportation of collected creepers upto a lead of 3.0 km and disposalof cut creepers at designated places by depositing in pits etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer In Charge . Total area = 6100.00 RM This area has to be cut 6 times in contract period So Quantity = 6100.00 R.M. x 6 Operations = 36600.00 RM

Area clerance works by scrapping the left over wild vegetation, bushes unwanted plants etc. with pick axe & spade to make the area totally clear of wild vegetation, collection of scrapped vegetation debris etc. subsequent mechanical transportation to a lead of 3.0 km and disposal by dipositing in pits etc. complete as per specifications & directions of Engineer - In - Charge. Total area = 13133.00 m2 This area has to be cut 6 times in contract period So Quantity = 13133.00 m2 x 6 operations = 78798.00 m2

Cleaning of roads and approaches including paved areas, road berms as per the schedule given , picking up all types of debris on roads, road berms, footpath paved areas. The job also includes collecting the debris and the subsequent disposal of collected debris at designated places etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. Total Quantity = 14127453.60 m2 + 256008.00 m2 + 79200.00 m2 = 14462661.60 m2 Say 14462662.00

Maintenance of open areas around important plant installations including paved areas once in a month by collection of dried leaves, paper/polythene waste , brick bats stones and all other types of debris etc. from ground surface & subsequent disposal of collected debris at designated plaes . The job also includes clearing of wild bushes, rank vegetation creepers etc. by cutting the bushes/vegetation , creepers etc. at ground level disposal of same at designated places once in a month , filling up ditches, depressions etc. with exisiting soil as and when required, removal of dead animals/ birds etc. as and when required etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer - In - charge. These areas are to be maintained clean for period of 24 months. Frequency of operation once in a month So Quantity = 12774.00 m2 x 24 months = 306576.00 m2

Daily sweeping and mopping of floors of all rooms, passages, corridors ,halls staircase etc. on all working days including public holidays, Saturday & Sunday as and when required, daily cleaning all water closets, urinals washbasins mirrors located in building areas as mentioned in Annexure I. by detergent and acid booming of walls and ceilings of the rooms cleaning of accumulated dust from walls doors, windows etc once in fortnight and cleaning glass pans , windows glasses etc. once in week ; including daily collection of dust, garbage etc. from each room & depositing them in dust bin or designated areas etc. complete. as per specifications and directions of Engineer - In - charge. (Note : The contractor shall bring the cleaning material required for this item as per details mentioned in specifications at his own cost), These areas are to be cleared for 22 days in a month for period of 24 months So Quantity 4599.00 x 22 x 24 = 2428272.00 m2

Hiring of hydraulic excavator for site clearance works by cutting & uprooting of wild thorny bushes of babhul , ber ,subabhool etc, removal of ,underground root portion of uprooted plants shifting of excavated soil to low lying area , shifting of boulders & other debris from excavation as per etc. directions of engineer in charge

Hiring of dumper at BARC plant site transporting & dumping excavation soil at designated places, disposal of debris ,uprooted plants ,root portion etc. at designated places within a level of 2.0 km etc. complete as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge as and when required during contract period

Maintenance of open drains by removal of deposits, silt, boulders, derbis and other waste materials from storm water drains. The job also includes placing the fallen pitching stones in position removing wild grass, throny bushes etc. & disposing off waste generated from drain cleaning at designated places etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer - In - Charge. This area to be cleaned 6 times in contract period, So quantity = 5620.00 R.M. X 6 Operations = 33720.00 R.M.

Cleaning of open terrace area of all buildings mentioned in ANNEXURE - I once in a month by removing refuse, garbage spider nets leaves wall clinging plants along with their roots etc. from shaft portion, sunshade tops of windows etc.complete, shifting of debris/waste material at designated places as per direction of Engineer- In -charge, Quantity = 3367.75 m2 x 24 months = 80826.00 m2

Hire charges for tractor with trolley along with driver required fuel and having capacity to carry load upto 4.0 MT for disposal of garden waste etc. generated from garden maintenance works at designated places etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In -charge

Cleaning of over head water tanks having capacity of 400 gallons to 4000 gallons each, , with hygienic cleaning process with pressure multifunctional Hydro-pneumatic pump by using Hygienic chemicals, bleaching powder, potassium per magnate including cotton duster, plugs, scrubbers and different size brushes. chemical/disinfectants will be supplied by the contractor etc complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of under ground sumps having capacity of 30000 gallons with hygienic cleaning process with pressure multifunctional Hydro-pneumatic pump by using Hygienic chemicals, bleaching powder, potassium per magnate including cotton duster, plugs, scrubbers and different size brushes. chemical/disinfectants will be supplied by the contractor etc complete as directed by Engineer - In- charge

Upkeeping of entire sewerage system by removing silt and other deposits from sewer lines and manholes, disposing off the same to a lead of 50 mtrs, flushing the sewer lines and manholes with water jet from water tankers etc. complete .

Cleaning of septic tanks including dewatering, removing of silt deposits and disposing off the same to a lead of 50 mtrs. Scrapping of walls of septic tanks, removing choke up of inlet and outlet of the tanks, soak pits, removing of silt deposits from soak pit etc. complete.

Providing and Painting Old walls (TWO coats) applied existing cement paint surface on Plain / Sand face plaster & Concrete surfaces with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Apex Ultima or equivalent approved make) of required shade, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of plinth area /concrete area , fire protection shahabad pavement areas around all important plant installations once in month by sweeping the areas with hard broom, picking up all types of debris, paper ,polythene waste , brick bats etc. . The job also includes collecting the debris and the subsequent disposal of collected debris at designated places up to lead of 3.0 km etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. ( Note : The contractor shall use the vehicle provided by him under item no 11)

Cosmetic maintenance of BARC canteen and tea pantries by Daily sweeping and mopping of floors of all rooms, passages, corridors ,halls etc. twice in a day at timing given in specification on all working days including public holidays, Saturday & Sunday as and when required, daily cleaning all water closets , urinals washbasins mirrors located in building areas as mentioned in Annexure I. by liquid cleaning solution removal of cobwebs on of walls and ceilings of the rooms cleaning of accumulated dust from walls doors, windows etc once in fortnight and cleaning glass pans , windows glasses etc. once in week ; including daily collection of dust, paper and plastic waste (excluding kitchen waste) . from each room & depositing them in dust bin or designated areas etc. complete . as per specifications and directions of Engineer - In - charge.

Cleaning of approaches of building by applying bleaching powder or equivalent material to remove algae etc. formed due to rain water / stagnation of water by using brush etc . Complete as per specifications and directions of engineeer in charge .Note : i) Bleaching powder shall be procured by contractor.
